Hello seniors,

I received passport request from CPC Ottawa last week. I live in the US. According to the email:

If you have a mailing address in the United States: To allow you to track your passports through the mail, we strongly recommend that you purchase a pre-paid shipping label from Canada Post and include it with your passports and a copy of this letter. Follow the link to purchase your shipping label:

If you do not submit a return prepaid Xpresspost envelope or a pre-paid Canada Post shipping label, or if you provide an envelope from any other courier, we will return your passport by regular mail.

Could you please advise on how to fill the from address for shipping label? it shows that First Name ,Last Name and email are required.

Please help

My application was received on 10th June. Still my cc is not charged. Upon rechecking my application In Fee PAYMENT form(IMM5620E) I mentioned card expiry date as 1 instead of 01 in the month. Is this considered as invalid?

If this has to be corrected do I have any options left? or it is too late?

Can anyone pl point out how you have sent PCC, MR, PPRF and Passport copies to NDVO.. I'am planning to send these Tomorrow,, want to know the best way of sending these.

PCC .. Should we send copies or original PCC's?
MR.. Should we send anything related to this, or just doing medicals will suffice?
PPRF.. Should we send the online fee paid receipt? (Is this 490 dollars per adult?, I think we need not pay this fee for minors, can we pay in Indian rupees?)
Passport copies .. Think Just the first and last pages


Can we send all these together?
Do we require a covering letter?
What is the best postal service to send these docs?

Welcome to the forum. Please update your details in the CC. Please note that mentioning "1" instead of "01" is perfectly fine. In fact the payment form would automatically convert "01" to "1". I remember my expiry date was also automatically converted from 07 to 7.
So relax buddy.

Your ECA only confirms if your academic credentials are valid and up to the Canadian standards. The category you enter in there is only for the WES' survey purpose, it has nothing to do with the category apply for in FSW.

You can apply for any NOC in which you have at least one year of full time experience and an employment reference letter confirming your job duties matches with the job duties for NOC, and all other necessary details about your employment. FYI, generally CIO Sydney sets very very high standards for Finance Managers category. Unless you're really manager of a large team or at a senior management level it'll be difficult to qualify, IMHO!

Thanks a lot for the swift reply.
I have been told by the consultants that they (NIO Sydney) are not bothered about the designation level as long as the job duties match with the most of the duties given under the category.
Could you please advise further?
