Let's remember if job duties are mentioned for only 1 year, then only 1 year of experience is counted for points. So if an applicant is safe getting 67 points with Duties mentioned only for one job, then, it fine. If he is depending on getting points for all jobs and has not produced the expected JD, then he will be rejected.
In Subash's case, if the two JD's within the same org belong to two different NOCs and he has provided duties only for one NOC, then CIC may or may not give full points.
Also in Schedule 3 form ,...has he divided this 6 year exp into two? And/ Or in his reference letter, have they mentioned that the below duties are only for the latest tenure and not the complete 6 years... If the answer to both are yes, then points are awarded only for the latest exp and not all 6.
