You need to mention the discrepancy in name in the docs and state that these are essentially the same persons.

I am a physiotherapist working with a small hospital of around 10beds. My employer pays the salary in cash, so no salary slips and as the annual salary falls in the tax exemption limit so I dont have a Form 16.

Now in my case how should I show the salary slip/salary certificate?

Need your urgent help.

As per the guidance from you all, I have just spoke to my CC Provider about the authentication password, and they told me that the transaction will surely ask for the secure password.

So I am worried. And planning to choose other payment option.

1) Certified Cheque - What do they mean by certified? Isn't it normal cheque of banks?
2) Bank Draft - Is it equivalent to Demand Draft?

Is this initial fee payment ?

there is nothing like certified cheque payment. there is only draft payment and CC payment.

And yes, bank Draft = DEMAND DRAFT.

Thanks for the reply bro. My case is got my new passport a year back and address is same. i just filled the online application and it asking me to pay but appointment show for next month end only which will be too late.

How about RPRF fee? how much is for a family of me+spouse+kid?

RPRF fees = CAD 490 or INR 26700 per adult.

Nothing for kids and minors.

Hence please let me know where do I write the names in Hindi in additional family form? ??

Appreciate thoughts on this:

Because of the difficulty in getting transcripts attested for my masters, I went ahead and got it for my bachelors and WES evaluated it to be equivalent to 3 years post secondary degree. However in one of the forms, I still filled highest qualification as masters. Will not getting masters evaluated from WES be an issue? I see in the SS that for one of the rejected apps, reason mentioned is similar, so bit concerned.
