I couldn't provide my joining letter but provided Experience letter and six months pay slips. My joining letter mentioned wrong date and wrong designation that didn't match with my HR record. I didn't notice that before. Due to this error I didn't include my joining letter but sent my application. I will correct my record and will update that letter in HR record. Do you think it will be a problem not sending joining letter?

Joining letter not required to be submitted if proper Emp Ref letter is provided.

Hello Experts,

I wish to apply under 2173 NOC. I realize that the cap is approaching.
I will be ready with my documents only by October mid.
Would it be worth to give a try ?

If not, what all documents possibly )should Iprepare for Express Entry in 2015 ?

1) it is very unlikely that you will make it this year. But keep checking the cap updates every Monday just in case.
2) Pretty much same stuff. It is more or less the same for all countries, so I guess having a complete FSWP package ready for submission on January would be a great head start for EE.

1. What if applied under the same NOC with 2 different set of applications? Will the 2 PER will be issued in this case?

2. Will they refund for the 2nd application?

3. Will this impact negative on the case?

Just an FYI to all the members

if any one of you have applied under 2 noc's in 2 diffrent application packages

you will be charged twice
you will get 2 PER's

However when the 2 PER application reaches the Visa Office then, the Case officer will himself withdraw one of the application.
YOU ARE NOT GOOING TO HAVE A CHOICE OF CHOOSING AN APPLICATION TO WITHDRAW.

the visa officer will notify you thru email

You will sign yours and she will sign hers because you are filling two background declaration forms(1 FOR YOU AND 1 FOR HER)

Thank you CanOl No, I'm not the first one, there are several other FSW 2014 applicants who have got the visa and landed already (per the spreadsheet and per their posts on this forum).
Still, I'm trying to organize everything that depends on me as quickly as possible, and it's pretty funny to see how 5 columns from "RPRF request" to "Passport Sent" for my entry are all nicely filled with 9/23/2014 now

Primary applicant will sign his/her background declaration.
Spouse will sign his/her background declaration

I have not received any mail of acknowledgement from CIO despite of several mails being sent by me enquiring the status of my application. I sent the DD instead of CC. How long would I have to wait, can anyone please help me ? M worried

your wait is going to be over very soon cio charging 6 June cc and 2 June dd had also encashed. Once 6 June is cleared urs will be the next turn 7& 8th was weekend. Shortly you will get ur PER mail.
