Hi,

I would be pleased if anybody could advise me on below mentioned query.

I have worked in the one organization having same title and job descriptions in two different time intervals . My employer issued me just job descriptions for the latest position .However, I have appointment letter,experience letter but no job description of my previous tenure in the same organization.

Can I claim full experience points without JD of my previous tenure within the same organization?

Hi senior, need your suggestion. My friend borrowed funds from their cousins and prepared a FD FOR 1 year and applied with FD and bank balance certificate. He is going to maintain that amount till he reach Canada.
- will this be a problem?
Or he should get a gift certificate (something like) document?
Or is there any other way to solve this?
Please advice.

This may be Fine.. But your friend should be ready with money to use in Canada in the first few months.. Life there is not easy and no one will support you.. If he pays back his cousin soon after successful land, then he should be well prepared. That is why POF is mandatory

Re: Question on Point 12(b) of Schedule 3

Hi

I am applying for FSW (2173 - Software Engineer) and have a question on point no. 12 (b) of Schedule 3 Form. I am working as Project Manager as in my current profile since last one year though m last 12 years of experience is of Software engineer and complies with roles and responsibilities what have been mentioned in NOC 2011.

Now my concern here is that should it be right or help to mention my current experience of Project manager as it is asking to provide details of last 10 years starting from current profile or I should only mention my earlier experience of Software Engineer only.

Please advise.

Can anybody do this calculation for me please (on the basis of SS data) :

• Total no. of applications received by CIC till 15-May (including 15-May) with VO as NDVO
  Number of PERs issued from these applications
  Number of MRs issued from these applications

Remember, I am looking for the numbers till 15-May only

Hello Guys,

I m currently working as a Purchase Manager since 4 years. I have applied under NOC 0113. App received on 9th June 2014.

My question is, due to some personal reasons I will be leaving my job in last week of Sept or in Oct. After that I will not be working for a while lets say till the time I get my PR visa for Canada if all goes well.

So when will I have to inform about this to NDVO and are there any chances of my App rejection for not working under the applied NOC or for not working at all anywhere....??

Need comments and advice from you guys.......
