Hey People.I am a new member....just about to start my ECA process this week.
What are the chances of getting PR??
Job Code:0015

I highly advise you to apply under any other NOC in category A or B, avoid 00 NOCs... it seems they are treating these NOCs with high level of attention which leads to too long delay in processing.. You can check the SS for similar 00 NOCs some of them are on May 7th, 8th with NO UPDATES till the moment.

All the best.

Got it, Thanks.

Even i have used the old form, i dont know wht will happen now.

Also, in Current Occupation section, what you have written, your Current Designation in your company or the occupation name listed as per NOC.

Got it

You can write occupation listed as per NOC. It doesn't matter if designation matches with the NOC titles, what's important is that duties should match 60 % min.

How can one check online status before receiving PER. Dont you need a UCI or a application number?

last year applicants whose applications got capped last year have recd UCI nos. last year. They have dispatched new Current year applications with old UCI no.

If applying fresh this year, no UCI will be available till PER.

Thanks a lot CanOl :)

One more thing...

I have provided my salary certificate with the application. I receive cash payments every month as my company is not a huge one they make cash payments. I pay my taxes and show the same salary to the IT dept. I have included my IT returns docs too with the application. What are your views on being paid cash?

Where r u from and how much is your salary. As in India there is a limit that salary more than that cannot be paid in cash. Electrical Manager getting less salary is also not good.

yes i am aware of that...but our process consultant has advised me to apply through this job code...i have 6 years of experience and i fall into middle management..earlier i was planning to apply through 1123...

Your process consultant is grossly mistaken. Pls double check with some other consultant or other members on this forum.

The double Zero NOC codes are for very senior management who handle large teams.

The UCI is kind of an identifier to CIC.. once u get it it never changes.. i got a visitor visa rejected.. used the same on my OWP and now on FSWP.. even if u don't mention it even if u have it is not an issue.. all communications u get will have the UCI number as earlier...

IELTS and WES has to be in original.. u dont need any letter to get a copy of ur IELTS... contact them again dnt tell u need it for CIC or FSWP..

Thanks buddy. You mean instead of telling that i need it for cic application, i should give some other reason? like i lost the original IELTS report e.t.c?
I have already called them 3 times and every time they have told that they need acknowledgement from cic that my original IELTS report is with them.
I do have another copy for WES so, i should be fine with that but, IELTS is the issue.

Hi Experts,

My question:

My application is now at local VO, my employment has been changed since my application.
Same type of work, same NOC.
Do you think I should notify the VO about this change?
Seems that it is optional?

Thank you

mandatory to inform. Why would you like to hide anything from CIC.
