I dont think its based on PER , they definitely not issues 500 to 700 PER per week , or they ?? It should be based on some other checks .

Hi there.
Something strange just happened to me. Yesterday I sent an email to Havana Visa Office asking how I could submit updated status of my current situation in order to be up to date with my application. In the answer email they told me that I should send new information to Mexico Visa Office. Any ideas why this could be? Here in Cuba we have a VO, why they are redirecting me to Mexico?
