Why CIC will ask if he already mentioned as original (speculation -may be wrong). If it is the only color photocopy and other are normal blackNwhite and he mentioned it as original, it is clearly misrepresentation and he screwed him-selves.

But we need to get the fact from him. The above is only speculation.

I believe with this analysis, its best this applicant sends an original copy as an addendum to CIC.

And there are people who have H1B but aren't utilising them.....

H1B is a glamour visa. Lot of people from outside think its a easy entry to US. But, US has made life so miserable for these guys, not giving PRs, not extending H1Bs, Long waiting time for Green Cards, people are realizing they are wasting time there, hence looking at alternatives like Canada, Europe and ANZ.

There are still few more guys, who want to go there and make quick buck and come back. But it is very difficult to come back after getting used to that life style.

Buddy first of all heartly congratulations ... My US PCC request reached there on 11th Aug and credit card charged on 7th of Sep and the FBI customer care said i will receive my BG certificate in last week of Oct or First week of Nov ...so please cross check with them ...I called them yesterday at 1:00 AM IST .. and best of luck for rest of the processing .

By grace of Almighty Allah.. Here I am sharing the good news that I received the MR, PCC and RPRF email today...

I got the email in the morning only and I checked it on my phone but could not update the forum...

I am 8th May applicant for 2171 and my PER was received on 12 Aug. As per my calculation I was expecting the MR email by end of next week but sooner is offcourse better... As everybody knows here the value of waiting time..

I need to submit above by 02 Nov 2014 i.e. 45 days from now... Offcourse I will not wait till November.. Inshallah I will go for MR and Indian PCC next week.. My US PCC should also reach to me by end of this month.. I called them Today (1 Hour ago) and they said it is under process and I can call them to check the status on 26th September.. Please note that my form for US PCC reached on 26th Aug and my Fee was charged on 17th September...So.. I guess I am on time for all of these inshallah...

Since last couple of days I was praying that I should not get my second line updated in online ECAS system because I have observed that whoever is getting that updated is waiting for few more days to get the MR email...

Rightly said and i think majority of people who are applying for Canada PR already have some exp of ANZ , Europe or North America ..and its the way of life which is attracting most of people to the developed world

im confused about what my consultant is saying now, coz he advised us today that our file has been transferred to the Local visa office... but we haven't received our PER yet.... also he advised that all our emails which was sent by CIC has been sent to the LVO?? can this happen??

application date 22nd may noc 2174....

need some expert advised on this...

as we seem to be going no where with this...

Sorry that you have such a consultant. They are wrong. No transfer without PER.

This will not affect your application. Infact, there is no requirement to submit Form16 or Income Tax returns with the application.
The validation of employment happens only at the Visa Office level after your application has been accepted and found to be in order.

Even in case of verification, if your employment is genuine, you will always be given chance to prove genuinity with other documentations even if you dont have Form16. You can always explaing that the employer doesnt issue form16 for your case as per the IT rules of the country.

How much dollars per month is good to maintain family of 3 with 2bhk and 2 cars .

Just a quick follow up. These figures apply only to ON, since I have no knowledge of the costs in other provinces.

1) Having 2 cars presupposes applying for 2 insurances that are mandatory. For a newcomer the fee for one vehicle will amount to 3000-3500CAD, and it will increase drastically next year if you screw up with tickets or get into an accident. Gas is more expensive than in USA. About 1,30CAD for regular. The car prices can be found on autotrader.ca. Pretty much everytme you see a price for anything it is pre-tax, so add 13%HST.
2) Two bedroom apartment rent ranges from 900 to 2000. Parking space and utilities can be charged extra, depending on the landlord's policy. The farther from Toronto and GTA the cheaper. But there are fewer jobs.
3) Phone plan averages to 50-80CAD depending on the data cap.
4) Home internet plan averages to 70-90CAD.
5) Grocery is cheap, especially if you buy stuff at Costco, which would be a good idea for a family of your size.

So, keeping in mind 40% income tax, you should look for a decent payroll to keep the boat floating. But it's managable.

Actually it is illegal to fund your own H1b. Consultants that ask money are frauds and taking advantage of the system. If the job offer is legitimate, then it should take 0 dollars out of the beneficiary's pocket for H1b. It is these fraud consultants that take money from applicants and don't actually have a real job offer that are ruining it for rest of the H1b applicants who can't get it even with a very real job offer or are working already in the US.

Totally agree with you. That is the reason, US is making it tougher and tougher. And I guess I dont need to mention the culprits, the guys who beat the system there and two such "do number" activities. Such a bad state of affairs.

He seems to be cheating on you...... Prima Facie, he is a fraud.......
Dont take it lightly and better check your status with CIC immediately........
