To be frank, this was a very confusing matter. It's CIC's fault for not being clear that this kind of assessment is not counted. I doubt even the good consultants would be knowledgeable about this. We, in the forum, knew about this only after a few applicants got rejection due to this.

Yes right,, but i checked with those rejected applicants ,all were applied under NOC 3012 (Registered Nurse ) , which required 4 years degree course .. u right about the points , if i dont get those 21.. no way.. i started preparing my spouse one, got ECA report earlier , want to make duplicate

I can not understand why people keep on asking questions which are answered by CIC/CIO on the website.

I completely get that we want to be sure about the answers but know for a fact, what i or anybody else might suggest will not be bigger than what CIC/CIO has mentioned on website.

Pleaseeeeeeeeeeeeee help yourself before asking for help.

That's a good idea. What NOC will the spouse qualify for?

By the way, the education degree does not need to match with the NOC for CIC's purpose (unless one is applying for a professional NOC category).
