Bro I request, if you are not able to find the Copy of DD, pls visit the branch and tell them the date when the DD was issued, they can show you a xerox copy of the same...Also at what date did you issue the DD, i mean was it within 1 month of you app sent...bcos CIC has mentioned so...??thind26 said:oh yea it was RECEIVER GENERAL FOR CANADA

Thanks. You really helped me calm down... +1Goku said:Let me tell you something to ease your tension.
I am working in field in Canada where people have to remit cheque's/draft payable to Receiver General for Canada, but sometimes they are not aware of what name to write when they are addressing payment to Government of Canada so they use below names:
-- Receiver General for Canada
-- The Receiver General for Canada
-- Receiver General of Canada
-- The Receiver General of Canada
-- Receiver General
-- Government of Canada
-- Receiver General Canada
-- The Receiver General Canada
Every name above works. I have got PE with it. So I no need to panic.
This is also correct. This means one of the two thingspsbguy said:But as per SS, NOC 1113 applicant got PER on 22-Aug-2014, still it has not appeared in the latest cap update!!
Yes I am sure about it.sevagha said:Thanks. You really helped me calm down... +1
So you're sure this is not a reason for rejection? I can't believe I didn't notice this!!!

Sorry, I understood what you said, but didn't undertand your suggestion as answer in the question in the form where is requests for highest level of education.MapleTon said:22. Your both programs are 3 years or longer, with the degree being 4 years.
"Two or more post-secondary program credentials AND at least one of these credentials is for the completion of a post-secondary program of three years or longer"
Also to add to this, Guys pls make some effort and go through CIC website. Likely that 90% of the queries will be solved by referring to the site. Believe me, CIC website will make you too an expert.Saps said:Hi MaxHeadroom, i agree with namaste here. Please understand, we don't reply to questions for which we don't have a definite answer or a reference point. Its all speculation, just the way you, namaste and AhmedFouad have speculated the possible workings of CIC. Also if all of us, start replying that we don't know the answer, to questions we cant answer, by now this thread would have reached 20,000 pages.... you get my point? :-X
In my opinion, i feel they must be doing a more thorough checks for Skill set level 0 NOC's. So the delay in charging your apps. Also check the 2013 FSW forum / spreadsheet and see if there was a considerable difference is App received date and charge dates for applicants of NOC's starting from 0.
Good Luck and stay positive.... we will definitely try our best to answer any questions, for which we have answers.
P.S., next time you want urgent answers to your questions, PM, some of the seniors in this forum and they will try to answer you back asap, even if its like "i don't know the answer" ... relax and hope for the best...
I think there could be another explanation:zstream said:This is also correct. This means one of the two things
1> Cold NOC are treated differently than hot NOC and most likely not reflected the actual number in the CIC site. Or
2> Since some NOC are closing 1000 mark, CIC moved from PER to correctness checking last week. That's why there is a big bump in the number in their site.
By Affidavit you mean translation? Did you notarize it? If yes, it should be considered original. I am not sure about the translation copy though.sundeep_s_ said:Guys, I think I have a problem.
I sent a copy of my original birth certificate which was in my native language.
The dumb thing I did was, I sent a "Copy" of an affidavit. A friend told me today that I should send the original of the Affidavit not a copy.
My application was received on 9th June under NOC 2174. I've worked very hard (like many others on this forum) to put together everything else, and do not want to lose my place in the line. Is there anything I can do to fix this now? or is it too late??
I did NOT send copies of my 10th or 12th either!!!!!
