thanks for that, so what is your suggestion can Include service letter from HR and roles and responsibilities from my colleague , If VO wants to cross check to whom they will contact,Please list the documents to send from the empployer, I have only 1 employer

1) Yes, you can Include a service letter with an affidavit mentioning why you were not able to produce the roles and responsibilities on your letter head which is already explained in my post
2) If vo verifies, he will verify with the supervisor you are mentioning in your roles and responsibilities letter, they may call, email or visit your office. Do include xerox of his business card if not his id card with his signature on it
3) I have included the follwoing documents to be on a safer side since i was also on the same table as you were
- last 3 months salary slips
- last 3 years form 16's
- All company related letters like hike, appointment, offer or any other related

File transferred to VO, does that mean they send the file in a regular mail? Sydney to NDVO should take ten days. My Status says IN PROCESS from Sep 9th, is the file in transition or VO already started?

DHL is bit slow as compared to others,
but still with the DOC # u can check ur packages status on DHL website, browse around their website.
will be delivered soon and DHL updates the receiver's name as well with the website and reciept copy of yours.

Just like the difference between
