I dont think you have to worry at all...many of us have degree in a subject, but work experience in a completely different field. The degree will be calculated for points..the work experience will be separately evaluated against the chosen 50 listed NOCs for qualificaiton (min one year) and overall experience for the score on experience count...in your case should be full 15 points, as long as you can match the experience to any NOC code in the 2011 list. Do provide experience letters for all 10 years time period.
