hi,
iam a bit concerned about my application that was sent on 16th July for NOC 2263 and fear that
if my app gets rejected first time, will i have time to resubmit my app in 2014 itself?

as per the spreadsheet I will get to know my eligibility only by November and in case if the file returns it takes 1.5 mths to reach me.
By then the EOI would have start.

Will i stand a second chance within this year itself?

Could someone comment.
thanks

1 = PCC is nationwide so kashmir to kanyakumari just on PPC. - validity 1 yr
2 = German and belgium pcc - goodluck with ur aproach
3 = spouse if travel outside not applicable - YES just 1 PPC from india

ROGER THAT ?

Question on Indian police clearance certificate(P.C.C)

1) I wanted to check for how many years should be mentioned on the PCC.
I have been staying in my current house in Mumbai since feb 2000 and in between have stayed in Bangalore for higher studies during 2002 and 2004.

Should i obtain a different police certificate during my stay in bangalore and separate in Mumbai.

How many years should be mentioned in the current police certificate. Is it since the year i have attained 18 or last 10 years?

2) I have also stayed in Germany for 2 years and also in belgium for 10 months.
I have applied for both German and belgium pcc .

3) In case of my spouse pcc. She has a passport on her parental address (prior to our marriage she had a passport).
So do i need to obtain a different PCC for my spouse on her previous address where her passport was issued + our current address where we are residing?

I am bit confused on how to obtaining Indian PCC.

CIC states we need to have PCC from the age of 18 till date at all the places we have stayed ....

Do help me dear friends on this matter....

Why are you concerned about your application? Did you find any mistake? Also, current FSW might go until April, 2015 according to CIC.

Firstly what makes that FEAR appear inside u...of Rejection ?
you belong to "environmental health and occupational health and safety" - u should be POSITIVE enough to bare the STAND

NOC 2263 - is not that booming,.so as u ques, if if if rejected, YES u can still re-apply

but MR.GREEN drop that FEAR first ;)

Had sent this earlier for Optimist whose application was recd at CC on 3rd Sept and he is safe...Have not found your name in the SS. Pls let me know when you have submitted your application.

"Optimist,

Here goes your answer. Just some wild calculations and guesses though.

As per spreadsheet 69 members out of 262 for NOC 2171 have been charged fees or in further advanced stages.

CIC site mentions 191 nos. to date. (again around 33% representation on this forum which is more or less in line with our estimates)

There are 172 members ahead of you as per SS who have submitted their applications before 3rd Sept 2014. Extrapolating, as per 33% representation for this NOC, we get around 510 candidates ahead of you at this stage.

191+510=701.....
So I guess you are safe as per these rough calculations."

This time ( waiting time) is no less than pregnancy time...1st trimester ppl enjoy wait period for "per" after that they are restless for 2nd trimester till "MR" which makes them more excited for final good news ... Few get complications and deliver Lill late "c-section" ( interview) / few made mistakes in while conceiving ( mistakes in forms n paper work ;) )

But I wish in the end ... Each and everyone shares "good news" and makes it easy for others to go through these labor pains ;)

1. Only 1 PCC required from current place of residence.

No tenor is mentioned on Indian PCC issued by Passport office (Passport seva Kendra). Validity though is 1 year. It only says that :
"there is no adverse information against Mr XYZ, son of Mr ABC, holder of Indian Passport no ABCD, issued on date XXXX at Place YYYYY which will render him / her ineligible for grant of travel facilities including VISA for CANADA"

2. You are right. German and Belgian PCCs would both be required in your case.

3. Spouse's PCC also will be issued from the current place of residence. No need to take PCC from the previous address where passport was issued.
A word of caution though. As spouse's Passport is issued from a different passport office than your current residential address, PCC issuance might take some time. Physical police verification might be necessary in this case.

As per CIC, they require PCC from all countries (not states or places) where you have stayed since the age of 18 yrs.

Dear all forum members,

I have received PER on 9th Sept. I did not submit my PCC before. So shall I start processing for PCC? Since it takes minimum 21 days in my country. Or you advise me to wait until Singapore VO will issue AOR/ask for PCC by email?

Thanks in advance.

Though you have time on hand, better to start now than running helter skelter at the last moment.

As you will know from senior members from Singapore VO, it is really really slow. So you can wait for the VO to ask for MR/PCC. In fact, noone from there has received a MR yet. So if you make a PCC now, most likely you will need to make it again when you get MR.
