i will apply for fsw under noc 1113 investment dealer , but i face problem of getting JDs in my Hr letter so im asking is there any solution for my case ?

second my spouse her uncle has PR in canada so as per the official site mentioned im eligable for obtain 5 points for relative

so im just asking the porcess for validate my relative , what is docs required ?

u have to show them that he/she is really your blood relative.
like for brother, u must have to show Birth certificates of your brother with your father name and brother father name mentioned on the both birth certificates.
similar if he is ur uncle, then you have to show your birth certificate where ur father name is mentioned.
your father certificate where your grand father name is mentioned and your uncle certificates where your father name and your uncle father name is mentioned and these names must be the same with no difference. like Tree of relationship. I did the same and got 5 points for my relative incanada.

If everything goes fine then u will get ur application file number on aorund 2 months...After then u can add the required info/docs to ur file...

Another query, do we have to submit the original of the employer reference letter now or would notarized photocopy suffice?

I am from Mumbai, India. For those confused about which courier to choose, have a look at my experience with UPS.

I handed over package to UPS office (Mumbai - Jogeshwari) on 5th May at noon and got it delivered on 8th May (less than four days)!! If you are shipping from Mumbai, I would recommend UPS. For other cities, add time for it to reach Mumbai and compare with other couriers.

Do you know what is the time frame that FSW 2014 applicants should start getting feedback? i.e. last year FSW2013 they mentioned 8-12 weeks, but this time they didnt mention or did they and I overlooked?

When I look at the excel sheet NOC

2174 is the hottest following
1112
2171 and
2173

Which makes sence since 1112 and 2174 were there before in 2013. So a lot of the applicants that couldt make the cap i 2013 had their documents ready.

I wonder how fast those 4 NOCs will fill.

We have our documents ready beginning of June for 2171, we might be too late, but who knows

My husband currently work for company A with following duties.
A company (we are thinking 2171 or 2173 )
as an IT QA engineer, main responsibilities and duties include:
• Testing of WEB/Estore/IT platform and applications
• Reviewing design and requirements specifications to determine testing requirements
• Developing test plans and test cases
• Finding, investigating and isolating defects in software
• Planning/creation/execution of automation scripts
• Documenting/reporting of tests and test plans
• Manage defects with defect tracking system
• Work with cross functional development teams to resolve feature/defect
• Creating/maintaining test environment

He used to work for company B with following duties. B Company (we are thinking on choosing Category 2173)

• Windows mobile (WM) phone certification acceptance testing
• Windows mobile phone application testing
• Android phone application testing
• Smartphone (WM/Android phone) phone feature testing
• Creating/Maintaining Smartphone (WM/Android) application automation test scripts
• Telecommunication Operator acceptance testing
• Perform testing support On-Site at customers' location
• Planning/Executing Smartphone Field Tests for Voice Call, Data Transfer and etc

Any suggestion on the category chosen? 2171 or 2173 which one has more advantages?
or other category you suggest might be more suitable?

A nice member gave his advice this morning to opt for 2173. We would like to hear some more opinions if possible.

I went with 2173. Almost similar duties but the difference is my designation is Test Engineer and I work on Embedded products.

no stapples or pins...that will destroy your documents..use clips instead
