Well i sent the pcc along with the application from india and from UK as well, but the UK one was almost 2 yrs old...
Can they ask or any more supporting docs like bank statements or any other doc?

Usually additional docs are requested during MR (mostly)...

And if u have not entered on UK after getting ur PCC then u are not going to be asked for that PCC again- thats what I think..

Hi Jess

You don't need to write anything there unless you are planning to settle in Quebec. If you select anywhere other than Quebec in the question on the Generic Form, it should be greyed out, and that's fine. Mine was like that when I sent it and my application has now been accepted for processing.

If you are planning on settling in Quebec, the FSW program is not the one that is applicable. Instead, it would be the Quebec Skilled Worker (QSW) Program which I believe is now closed for the current year (don't quote me on that last part tho).

Do we have to provide the fax number? I guess I can use the company fax number but I dont think this is a good way of communication. If I dont have any dependant, Should I write "N/A" in the checklist and send a blank form to CIC?

Iwas wondering if you could add another week below the same showing that there are few date which are yet to begin..... prima facie ... the table looks to be updated but could have omitted data for the next date .... only if there are 3 -4 entried of all 00s, would let people know of the full picture ..... I already send my application this first week of August. And I totally forgot to send the degree certificate. I only sent the ECA report only.! Is it possible, I can sent it again requesting that I am sending the remaining documents??
