My CC Charged date is August 28th, I have not received PER email yet but when i Checked my online status it says "IN PROCESS" and says We received your application on May 20th, 2014. Please let me know what does it mean?? When can i Expect PER?

Dear Seniors and helpers,

I have a small problem.

I have my PER mail on 28 Aug 14. I am from India and so my visa office is New delhi visa ofice NDVO

However currenlty I am in Germany for work purposes, and will be staying here for another one year. My question / query is

1) How long will it take for me to my MR mail?
2) Can i submit my medical from a hospital here in Germany?
3) Can I request my file to be transferred to Germany visa office since I cannot give my passport for stamping visa if I am here in germany?
4) If ans to above question is yes, what would be the impact to my visa time and does it have any effect on further procession of my application?
5) Whom shall i write a request to transfer my file shall I write to CIA in Canada New Delhi Visa office? and When and How?

Please reply since i have to write email to the concerned authorities immediately.

It may take longer than 2 Months(unless things sped up quite a bit) . At this time May 23rd App are being charged, but the wait time is expected to reduce.

Dont leave anything to chance.
Option one - Call the bank and tell them you dont want the CHIP card just yet and reject the new card.
Ask them your options of link the old card as is with the new card so that it remins valid for next 3-4 months.

Option two - send out a updated payment form to CIC as a followup, with all the details and a cover letter supporting this change and also with Date App Recived/signed by/NOC code/Passport Number/DOB/UCI number (if any) marked in clear.

+1 for taking the effort in detailing the options

Though my paper work is perfect and I have sufficient balance in account.

But thing is this amount is taken through personal loan and this loan comes under my liabilities.

Please advise urgently here , what should i need to do ...... and what are the alternatives which i can do.....

I got a uci from 2013 fswp. This year my application reached 23 may. But when I tried to check ecas through my uci they replied.

We were not able to identify you using the information you provided. There could be three possible reasons:

Please be sure the information you entered is correct and then try again.
This service is only available to clients with applications in process. We may have received your application but not begun processing it yet.

Please help me with this.

Check your contract documents (appointment letter etc) or payslips. does it mention full time anywhere there? If yes, add a cover letter, that your HR does not mention full time as all employees are full time in your organisation and they could refer the contract documents for details of contract.

and processed only May, 23rd applicants yet.

I think we are out of race who applied after June, 20.

Feeling hopeless..Allah knows well what will be happened.

what about 2132(mechanical engineers)....it has also reached to 202. what r prospects if applied now in september?

Hi Seniors,

I was going through OP3C. I have a question regarding substitute evaluation. For a long while i was thinking, will an application be evaluated purely on the basis of points or will the visa officer read into the content and build a case to deduce his own conclusion. I think this "substitute evaluation" is something which reinforced my assumption.

However, what i want to know is, are there any known cases where everything was ok, but still it go rejected because the visa officer thought that something in the application is not adding up. I will quote the extract for your reference. Any insights into this is highly appreciated.

If the requirements set forth in R76(1)(a), whether or not they are met and the skilled worker has been awarded the minimum number of points referred to in R76(2), are not sufficient indicators of whether the foreign national will become economically established in Canada, an officer may substitute for the criteria set out in R76(1)(a) their evaluation of the likelihood of the ability for the skilled worker to become economically established in Canada.
