I'm a Vice President of an boutique investment banking company. Can I apply under NOC 0013? The description in NOC 0013 is not clear. When I view all titles it does include Vice President in finance but in the front page, it only refers to President - financial...

yea,,, it fits you it seems ... it doesn't have to be on the first page ... if the total list of titles includes 'vice president', you should be good .... but the job duties should really fit more than the title .... if my response is good enough, remember to hire me ... lol

If it is over look, he should be fine. But, we should not look overall other obvious facts which he has stated and only answer what he has asked .

Brother, let us know one thing. If I assume people always update whatever happens, then I am doing wrong. There are lot of forumites who only update spreadsheet and not the thread. The reverse is also true. And there is no gurantee that applicant's signature will be updated themselves.

So it is always better to get update from forumites themselves.

Anyway, oK brother. So I remove you entry from file transfer list/AOR list.

Same is also true for Binuky. He learned it from CIO and not NDVO.

Other pls confirm. If no response found withing today, I will also delete those.

Technically speaking, PER = File Transferred.

Whoever received PER and meanwhile communicated CIO, all of them informed about file transferred- including me.

So, only File Transfer on the spreadsheet add actually no meaning. If you think otherwise, please let us know.

Dear Seniors ,

I am 15th May 2014 applicant , PER on 4th Sept 2014
Visa Office - London , Residence - Dubai

I would like to get more clarification regarding points specified below .

1, I have not submitted PCC , How long will it take to issue PCC from Indian Embassy .

2, Should we deposit our Passport in Indian Embassy during time of Police clearance procedure. ? if yes how long ?

3, My father Passed away after submitting my application , so when should I inform them about my present status ?

4, Should we update Visa office regarding all the travel done after submission of application ?

5 , Should we expect any email from LONDON Visa office regarding AOR , Processing status etc or should we always check it online regularly ?

6, I Want to change Provence from Haliflex to another Province . At what point of time should I specify London VO . Should i wait for their email before informing them ?
