Yes..... You need to provide the details of all immediate family members i.e. parents and siblings if any. If not disclosed now, you might not be able to sponsor them later.

I have provided only my graduation and post graduation certificates and marks list with wes report. didnt provide 10th and 12th. Will that be an issue?

I don't think that it will be an issue as in the document checklist they state that you must submit the proof of secondary OR post secondary credential.
