Four (4) recent passport-size photos(photos must conform to the specifications outlined in the Guide to Immigrating IMM3999 and Appendix B Photo Specifications)

1. what does passport size photo mean? different from immigration size photo? I remember the imimigration size photo is 35mm X 45 mm
2. i can't find any photo specification in IMM 3999, can anyone help me?

I'm sorry I cannot evaluate your duties because I'm unfamiliar with your field. However if you feel that it covers the Main duties specified here: http://www5.hrsdc.gc.ca/NOC/English/NOC/2011/QuickSearch.aspx?val65=0121 then you are good to go.

I think you are correct. However before MRE, you may get a notification that the file was transferred to NDVO. Sometime ago NDVO used to send AOR's so you may get this too. Then finally you should get the MR.

I'm not sure about this. However, I'm curious if your arranged employment has got a positive Labour Market Impact Assessment (LMIA) from Employment and Social Development Canada (ESDC). If yes, then start working as a temporary worker in Canada, and once you start working you can get your FSW app processed. May be after a year, but there is no cap to these applicants.

Also , Indian embassy in Jakarta told me not to send Passport to India..

Yes there is way out. At the time PPR inform NDVO that you are in Jakarta, Indonesia and as its not possible for to travel back to India so if you can change VO for stamping to SGVO (I think its Singapore as VO for Indonesia but please double check). But it will be NDVO for rest of your family.

Those who got the PER; how important is the affidavit in bold above?

Only translation stamp with true translation and notary stamp will be fine.Mine was same case, I read PER.

Yes, you are correct the IMM 3999 http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/applications/guides/3999Etoc.asp does not have the photo specification. However the older version of it accessible here: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/pdf/kits/guides/3904E.PDF has the Appendix B and the specifications. I think you can follow that.

Of course you can, UCI remains the same.
