If your friend is in Bangalore why did she not check upfront for good local consultants from the city itself? Was she not aware that Abhinav's HQ is New Delhi and this is how they work? Let me ask you clearly, is she a very intelligent person who does her research fully? Why did you need to again tell her about FBI PCC, does she not read the CIC site? Some people leave their burden on the consultants thinking they have hired one, so their responsibility shifts - as if the consultant is the applicant. That is just sad!
To your point, Manmohan Singh was a PM and so is Modi. But still there is going to be a vast difference in their ways. MMS was a fool, a shame to the country. I have a lot of Sikh friends, like very good friends. Most think he is a shame to their name LOL. Modi just by his initial moves till now seems to play at a much HIGHER level than MMS. He is perhaps more a comparison to Indira Gandhi, in the way he carries himself / authority.
My point above is, two clients can be very different. Many people come here in the forum complaining about their consultants, but one would never hear Future_Canadian or Shah2014 complaining about theirs. And I can bet even if ashif_eee or Century took a consultant they would never need to complain about them. You know why, because all of these guys know A to Z of the process (they don't leave it mostly on the consultant but take the pain of gaining complete knowledge) and will stay on top of things when dealing with consultants. None of them will provide even a little bit of leeway to their consultants for giving a vague answer, they will either whack their a$$ if they prefer my style LOL or politely get them corrected.
