Hi, need an immediate help please

We have taken a DD from Andhra bank on 30 june 2014 for FSW and submitted it along with our PR application on july 9.

Our DD doesn't have any validity mentioned on it, please suggest what does it mean.

That means ,your DD has a validity of 6 months.

Any DD which dosen't have any expiry date means its is valid for 6 months...Dont Worry....

yes in general terms, 6 months validity.
but @harka007 there is a case here discussed @ forum, that a DD was issued with 3 months validity, i cant find that post.
So better one checks with the bank
@ prarthana0505, firstly inquire with the bank, and be positive.

I am also 23rd May 1112 DD applicant

0+0+7 = 7
9-1-1 = 7
so may be this is the reason...

Hi people

I have received the request for medical examination from cic an hour back. But i have a few questions, the answers for which i have not been able to find on their website.

1. My visa office is new delhi, but i don't live in India. SO can i get the medical tests done in the country i live in.

2. Is there a call centre or any email address where i can get help from regarding my queries. I need to speak or write to them as They are expecting me to send a police certificate from India and the country i now reside in. To get it from India it requires 6 weeks and they have given me a deadline of 5 weeks to submit all the things.

3. I need to update my new passport number to them and change in address too. Any idea about how to do this or any link?


Any information is highly appreciated.
