Yes I would say that you should Do your MR and PCC from your country of Residence and not he country of Domicile.

dude, lets hope for good.
May be they have policy to keep accepting applications with hot NOCs as 25000 is overall limit...many NOCs will have very less applctns.. so HOPE is there that they will adjust them there.. best f luck.

No, this would be contrary to the ministerial instructions. They will not go even 1 application over the 1000 cap in any NOC.

Thanks for the reply man.. But since i have already selected NDVO .. so what i wanted to ask was , if i have to submit MR's or for anything they have to see me , do i have to get a flight and come back or can i have them meet me at the Canadian embassy in Kuwait ???

There is an option to request for a change of VO with CIC. BUT, since you will be there only for a year, this option might not be available to you.

Like when one goes to Haridwar they don't eat at just any roadside chotiwala, because there are 100s of them that have opened up with that name. People normally go to the one located near 'Ramjhula' and eat at the authentic one. Similarly. if you have to understand forecasting go by what Dmitry says, don't even need to agree with me or others here...

Dmitry understands data / trending very well and according to him you will be safe. Check out his latest post, from within the last 24 hours or so. Should be like 20 pages earlier. Enjoy!

Card was billed on 3rd September 10:40 am, but my friend saw it today and updated me.

Admins, would you please update the spreadsheet for me?

I also met with a minor accident today, an hour ago and the CC charge is covering up my pain a lot. Fell from my bike while coming back from office and had several injuries on most of the right side of the body. Noting to worry about, going for first aid in few minutes. Once again thanks a lot everyone.

Now, I can confirm to you that some miracles still happen! I just got my PER!!!
