I have a doubt reagrding the fields "Current occupation" and "Intended occupation" in the Generic appln form IMM0008.
Should we mention the designation "Senior Software engineer", "Lead analyst" etc as in our current company or it indicates the industry which we work for such as "Sofware engineering"
please guide... ???

I sent my documents on June 16th to ICAS for assessment, but unfortunately I haven't received the assessment and the site shows just this expression:
"07/08/2014 Application reviewed for completeness and placed in queue for assessment".
I sent an email and they replied your case is under process.
Is there anybody who has sent his/her documents to ICAS? What can I do? :-[

Their website shows 8 weeks for complete assessment, you should have got it by now.
WES is the more popular and much faster (20 days as compared to ICAS) after they receive all the correct documents. Which NOC are you applying ?

A. My file was received on 06th june and in how much time will i receive my PER no.??

B. As I have sent my funds detail along with my file 3 months ago and now I am thinking of taking a loan of around 1 lakh from the bank . Do I have to notify and update them about the loan (i.e. my liability)

You need to mention NOC code and not details in this head
