Then suggest taking print of that email you sent and it might suffice and get you the exemption. I think VO will understand that no one (or most don't) goes to Afghan to commit a crime anyways. They might already be aware of the pain-points of the Afghan PCC process here at the VO

yaaa surely will thanx a lot for support

No, I am actually shocked by the lack of thought process in that question. Timeline - that you are putting stress on - isn't really the key driver there. :o But as I said, wish you had thought through more on that question before asking. Once again may be put some thought dear. It isn't the timeline that is of concern in your wife's applying, ask yourself what could be some other MAJOR concern(s). ::)

And i am really amused that my MAJOR concern really concerns you :)
The question was simple but i really like your thought process of decoding it.
Anyways with such a beautiful mind of yours what else do you do apart from asking a question to a question
I am really inquisitive.
Sure you cant answer the question so tell me about yourself
Lets discuss key drivers :)

Hi seniors
I have applied under noc 1123
Just wanted to check- to increases the chances of selection
Can i file an application as my wife as a primary applicant in the same noc.
Problem is that she can only take ielts test in november and
Application can be sent by end of november.
Do you think its a good idea to file that late or its not worth a shot.
Pls advice.

Thanks

Why do that if it's the same NOC? If different NOCs I could see why, to hedge.

brother I guess they normally checks for the followings

your full name
dob
job position
hours worked
time since you joined and till u left(if u left)
ask to provide job description (not all but some to match them with what u provided)
may be salary earned also but that doesn't effect your app, only that u have provided correct info cos misinterpretation can cost u ur app!
some basic company info like where they are located to cross check its address u provided or on letter head, what they do, other info as well.

they may ask all of these, they may ask any one of these, they may ask some of these, they might not ask any of these. don't worry if even ur employer not able to provide some info ur app wont gona reject at this stage because they verify your other info as well.

see the thing is that they check for your banks, police, education, employment, other records, family details. so if they get all other things ok and correct and find 2 3 things missing or not complete like if ur boss cant give details of ur job position or cant recall ur salary or cant provide any other detail then it doesn't matter cos ur all other info is upto date and correct.

what I believe that VO go in details for those cases whose other info gets fishy or miss something as well. understand that its natural not to get all the info sometimes, they do all checks but like if ur 90% info is cross checked correctly and for some reasons they cant receive rest 10% then they don't reject the case until unless its a security issue. like if ur pcc or security check get stuck or fishy then its a rejection for u, but not for employment and other issues cos these are not that much serious things.

don't get worry buddy, keep hopes high and good luck.

Dear farhaantariq,
Thanx for this detailled inputs..

I had worked in Nigeria for two years for which i have to get a pcc. Kindly suggest if i can get Pcc from Nigeria by sending the requisite forms to my friend so that he can submit it to the relevant authority there ??As it is convenient ... Or shud i contact the local Nigerian Embassy in India? Moreover Getting Pcc from Nigeria is cost effective compared to getting it here in India from their embassy..
Appreciate ur revert & suggestions.
Many Thanx in advance...
cheers

PKSS,

I mistook your question for a fresh application. If you are planning to send a second app in your wife's name, even though you have already sent yours for the same NOC, then please think again.... By what logic, do you improve your chances ??? 8)

So you are getting a personal letter from a supervisor? Put as much as you can in there.

The quality of the answers one normally receives is tied to how good the question one asks. I noticed two other nice folks gave you answers but since your question itself was dumb, the answers couldn't be of much help, though I must say neither of those guys are at fault here.

What you should be instead asking is, if I were to re-apply through my wife what would be the right time to do that for NOC 1123. That way better suggestions would have come up like for example have her apply only once your application has been checked for Fee Charge / PER. Since your NOC is as cold as Canada, it sure won't fill until January or even after. So either your application will go through by then or you would know the shortcomings from the returned application, to be able to correct that and quickly apply right away.

There is entirely no point in re-applying (through wife) if:
1- First application itself is 100% fine (for an NOC that is as cold as yours), or
2- One is not even aware of the shortcoming of the application sent and then makes the same mistake twice

If a guy can think like this most likely he is not going to be flipping burgers in Canada, my friend! :) Else, Canada will chew you and spit you out before you know LOL ;D

PS - I am only concerned because I feel your hard earned money shouldn't go down the drain - and I am just hoping it is hard earned mate!

LOL good one Oscar... +1 for the humour between the lines ;D

ananjay can you tell me whose app was refused. i havent provided any reason for no b.c.

Download the forum spread sheet below in my signature and filter out the entries whose apps were returned. Go to the remarks column and you will find people who have mentioned the reasons for their apps being returned. Most people have mentioned about no data with respect to BC. There are other docs that can be supplemented in case BC is not available, but not submitting any and not giving any details of why the same was not included in a cover letter, is a risk.

If you got assets CAD 12000, Liability CAD 8000, and Settlement Fund is CAD 12,000, technically speaking, to settle your loan, you have to use your settlement fund - so it is encumbered unless you provide other detail. VO also may think, you borrowed to show settlement fund.

What did you do with your loan? Purchase some assets or consumed all? Include those as your assets, if bought assets. You could also have assets like furniture, jewelry of your wife. If you actually don't have anything to include into your assets, my suggestion, add some plan about how you gonna pay the loan; it could be monthly installment payment from your salary or from other earning. Demonstrate that you got earning to pay your loan without putting hand on your settlement fund.
