Yes, E-mail should have been in the Generic Form (IMM 0008) under Contact Information, item # 6 is e-mail ID

Okay, let's see what they have to say to that. Ideally one needs to re-do that form and send another courier but now that your fee is charged it is tricky. You can send that ASAP if you like. It needs to get there before they give PER because after that file leaves for VO. Plus whatever goes in courier needs to be scanned and sent over email and in email one can ask for confirmation on whether the new package has been successfully attached to the original application

So it is a few steps, if you really want the email to get added, and that is when you don't hear positively on your email. But the thing is they might take like 35 days to get back to you right now on your email thingy..so maybe instead of waiting on the response you can actually do all the above.

Won't have any impact on ECAS update

Notarization is not 'needed', but if you have got them notarized, nothing to worry.

See the checklist, it says copies, that's it. http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/pdf/kits/forms/IMM5612E.pdf

Its clearly mentioned in checklist that if any document, in language other than English or French needs to be notaried (certified) with a copy of original document...

So why did u get all the docs notarized...i am not sure!! ???

If you are very inclined to get e-mail ID included, it may happen by your request already sent to them. However another fool-proof way is by sending additional content for which you can follow the instruction below (copied and pasted from post I sent earlier):

These are VERY important guidelines to follow. Good luck!
------------------------------------------
Hi, To send additional content to CIC - please see some of my earlier posts via the below link. Also scan and email the additional document over email, all this is explained in greater detail in the link below:

Look for post # 58663 by arusso that captures my post - and in the two links there, again look for specific posts that have my posts captured in them (might need to scroll up and down on the page, as needed). Dig a bit deeper and all information is right there. Don't worry about my caution there, it was meant to tell people to use this for emergency only. Cheers!

For adding data to application sent earlier:

Also, the correct e-mail ID to send at is cio-sydney-search-enquiry @ cic.gc.ca

SuperThanks Oscar...tension doused

Hi All,

Can anyone help me in knowing what NOC will fit for SAP PRINCIPAL LEAD CONSULTANT PROFILE.

If someone is working in logistics and supply chain management , Material mgmt. and production mgmt profile in SAP at high post, which profile NOC code will suits to him ?

I think 2171.

Thanks Bro Century , +1 for This ;) :)

One quick question though - did you not keep a copy of the sent application? I mean if you did, in that case there wouldn't be any doubt what email ID you provided them, and that can be sent as proof for their error, if I understand you correctly.

PS - I have both soft and hard copy of my complete application so I ask (make sure you keep a copy of this one)
I have a copy but cannot access it until another week passes...once i am back to base id confirm and possibly send a scanned copy out

Okays well may be my incomplete knowledge got me doing this :o I was running out of time so didn't bother for extra but hopefully its ok, I just called up a friend in Mississauga ON(out of panic off course), who also applied through FSWP, he confirmed me that its not mandatory, and may be an added advantage! :D

Finally after a struggle :'( of 4 months, got my positive WES ECA report ;D.

great!!

Help dear experts.

I submitted my application end July, and am worried about one thing. My experience mentioned in noc 0711, most relevant and also current comes out a little less than 2years full time. That makes me 68 points having 9 points in relevant experience. Although I have much experience earlier but not as 0711. Does this affect in any way on my positive evaluation, or I just have to qualify for at least 67 points till this stage?????

Much confused ::)

67 is enough.
But is your previous experience under NOC Skill A, B, or 0? If so, you should get more than 9 points. Work experience does not have to be entirely in your primary NOC as long as there is at least one year of experience under the primary NOC.
