Sorry - Late Reply. Hard to suggest anything since no body can see what went in your file. One can always prepare another file but two points on that:

1- What if the effort is unnecessary, and if first one was going fine?

2- If let's say there was an error, do you know what was the error according to CIC? If you don't you might make the same error again.

I believe the above answers it. All the best in your wait! FYI - I think Saudi Expat was May 7th and he received news yesterday. So one never knows with CIC!

As the Spanish inquisition say 'always expect the unexpected"......................... haha have to reference Monty python its Friday people :)

I am looking to update my profile information on this website/forum (i.e. the one that appears below your usernames on the left hand side.)

1. Does anyone have a clue what does FSW1, FSW2 and FSW3 refer to? I know that FSW stands for Federal Skilled Worker, but what do the 1, 2, and 3 stand for?

2. What does Nomination mean? Is it the same as PER?

Thank you,
O. O.

Bogus.

Ask consultant to read OP 6c http://www .cic.gc.ca/english/resources/manuals/op/op06c-eng.pdf where in page 12 it is written that "Note: The “Employment Requirements” listed in the NOC description for each occupation are not applicable."

Not necessary..

In my opinion, if there are more such experiences, avoid in that case.

Buddy,

On the forms like sch-A and Sch-3 form, applicant have to provide all the details of his career....He cant omit any job duration....otherwise CIC may interpret this as hiding....

So its mandatory to show even if it is the duration of six / nine or other duration....

And the employment papers will assist applicant to collect the points ....like some one can do three jobs inn which is each of them is apprx 11 months....ofcourse this will add his point....:)

I hope this clears!

I need because few people created doubt about my application.......my wife is Bsc, B.ed.......and she have experience what maintained in NOC code 4214 EARLIER CHILDHOOD EDUCATORS

Now few consultant say that u must have certificate or education in child development......

I need list to see that occupation fall in which category

It falls under Occupation B, and I agree that to be a Earlier Childhood Educator one need to have education related to that and/or License as well.

See matrix below and look for 421(2nd Link in Source regarding why 421).

Buddy,

Thanks, for reminding that u need to update it!

here u go:

Here is the answer:

There are three categories under the Federal Skilled Worker Class:

Category 1 (FSW 1): For persons in an occupation which corresponds to the list of occupations identified in the Ministerial Instructions and have evidence of one year of continuous full-time (or full-time equivalent) experience in that occupation;

Category 2 (FSW 2): For persons who have arranged employment offer with a Canadian employer; or

Category 3 (FSW 3): For Phd students in Canada application.

And yes nomination (from CIC ) is equivalent to PER...:)

All the best..........

FSW1: NOC Category; application without job offer
FSW2: Category 2; application with job offer
FSW3: phd category

Nomination: PER (this is what I understand)
