I sent my application on 20th aug. They have received my application on 27th. But i have heard that they changed a little bit in schedule 3 form. Should i send any kind of clarification letter to cic along with a new schedule 3 form or do nothing? All the applications' signing date is 20.08.14. Exactly on which date, the form was changed?

Hi, PCC not needed at initial stage, will be requested later by VO if you scale through to that stage. Others have responded about your language points, cheers.

Since this form has updated after the FSW14 opening and update was made very recently...

Hi guys,

Please help me with 1 doubt.

In my travel history form,
for me: i did traveled and hv entered fields as per correct info.
for spouse: not applicable + ticked that box - "did not travel"
for daughter: not applicable but forget to tick the box - "did not travel" - could this be an issue for my file selection ?

My application reached yesterday 28th August for noc code 2171 do I have any chance to be in cap..

One more query along with me 4 people have sent through DHL and for two them it is delivered at noca scotio n for other two at sydney why is this discrepancy in showing the address

Mine it is showing nova scotio signed by some dan...

I didn't sent my original WES report with my application, instead I included copies of it. The reason, I think I miss under stood "Copies, unless otherwise stated" mentioned in the document checklist.

Kindly advice, I'm anxious about this. ???

Ohh brother,

U were required to send original one..This was mandatory thing....Anyway send ur original ECA to CIC immediately with a cover letter....

State ur name + PP number+ DOB+ App rcving date + NOC code + UCI (if u have one) and regret that u have missed to attach this doc...

Also email them writing "URGENT" on the subject the email....Mention ur problem with the same above details....

As per your advice, I've already sent my original ECA report to CIC with the cover letter, and the same has been delivered on 28/Aug. Also I've emailed them as mentioned by you.

In the mean time I've prepared another complete set of application. I was thinking to apply again a fresh, in case god forbid if something goes wrong with my first set of application, or it could't able to get through because of missing original ECA, at least I will be in the game with the second set of complete application.

I need your valuable advice and opinion on this, and I'm very grateful to you, for your guidance.

I am new to this forum please help me in following issue.
1. During period from March 2004 to Oct 2011 My job duties fall under 0111 from Oct 2011 to june 2012 under NOC 0124 and June 2012 to may 2013 under 0111 and 1114 . From June 2013 till date under NOC 0124 and 0013.
My Question is Can I apply for NOC 0111 if yes how I have to fill Schedule 3 form Q.12 and how many points would I get for my work experience.
2. I would be able to send application by sep 10 Could you guess I would be within Cap?
3. Regarding Funds(for a family of three) I am showing
a) Provident fund 4.5 lacs
b) Fixed deposit with the bank 3 lacs
c) Bank Statement showing 1 lac
d) Insurance policies with Surrender Value 6.5 lacs
Total approx. 15 lacs (approx. CAD 29400) will they accept above as proof for settlement fund .
4. My wife scored : IELTS Reading 6, Writing 5.5, speaking 6.5 and listening 6 Overall 6. Can I add 5 points on her IELTS score.

Hi seniors;

Well with your help and a lot of internet research and discussions; we believe we are ready to file our application. Now I have a question which others have asked so many times and there are so many responses yet not a kind of response which puts your heart at rest.

My question is about the bar code pages ( 5 of 6 and 6 of 6) & document checklist; what order do they follow when we stack all of them. I think it should be like:
1. Docuement Checklist (Since it has been referred to be used as a cover letter)
2. Bar Code 6 of 6 (because my weird logic says it has signature and date)
3. Bar Code 5 of 6 & after that follow the sequence mentioned in the 'Document Checklist'

Am I correct or there a better way? I would request people who have received PER answer this one, since we all can be sure about which method is the one which has worked in the past.

And another question is about photographs and DD, how have you guys been positioning and placing them in the package?

Please shine some light on this extremely important triviality; I am so thankful to all you who guide.
