Thanks PK563. I think PER emails sent by CIO in wholesale caught consultants unprepared. I also read about a case where one fellow did not receive any PER, however, on enquiry to CIO, his file was already transferred to VO . Seems PER emails might also slip through cracks in CIO processing.

My passport address is different from my current residential address would getting a PCC a bit difficult?

Ya i think it will take some more time. As again new police enquiry will come for the new resedential address. while if one is living at the same address, he/she can get the PCC on the same day through PSK.

One of my friend is going to apply for FSWP & he has a doubt in credential assessment process.
He has done his bachelor's from India & master's from USA.
For credential evaluation from WES, does he need to get both the bachelors & masters degree evaluated or just getting masters evaluated is enough?

Not sure.
The masters credential report mentions that bachelors is a pre-requisite for masters degree and hence it can be logically assumed that bachelors is already done to get the masters degree and as a result 23 points. But you never know what WES thinks. Better to send both bachelors and masters. Anyways it costs the same whether you get ECA done for 1 degree or 2 degrees. So why take a chance and spend sleepless nights ??

No issues.

You can still get PCC same day if jurisdiction of Passport office and PCC office is same.

Else you will need to wait for around 1 month.

But you will surely get it provided there is no criminal case pending against you in police records.

Software testing engineer is purely 2173. So you should not be worry on this designation/role at all. Just track on the day. 2173 is yet to be capped.
