One who wants to apply for NOC-3216 ( Medical Sonographer ) and by profession he is DOCTOR. What should be then Educational Credential Assessment (ECA) organization, WES or Medical Council of Canada?

CIC website says NOC 3111 and 3112 only required to go through Medical Council of Canada. Question arises here because he is doctor.

Other thing does WES assess doctor credentials? I am putting this question to WES also.

Hello Dear Members of this great forum !!

Logged in after a long time to inform that CC has been charged today at 19:58 IST . Application was received on 15-May under NOC 1112.

In fact I am more nervous now after reading some recent mails that there are possibilities of NER too even after the payment charge. Anyways, God has brought this day and He is the best one to decide. Hope to receive the PER soon. Trying to update the SS.

no way that one can apply without the originals of the WES and IELTS :-X

GUys ... WES sends out 2 copies ... and you can pay extra to get another copy of IELTS .... So if somebody's gotta reapply... they very well can ...

Hats off to the moderators for making this forum and especially this thread. This forum is the best place to track the progress of FSW applicants and the overall process (apart from the CIC website of course ;D).

Let me introduce myself....I'm a 1112 Applicant. I applied last year but my App was returned due to Over-cap. This time i made it to PER till date and Thanks to Almighty for that

Conrats man ... Wanted to ask you about your last year's application... .When did you file it last year ? and what was the cap for that NOC last year .... ? I'm hopeful but inside I'm slightly worried that I've sent my NOC1112 app too late ... my WES got delayed and IELTS results got delayed by 15 days ... so my file was received only on 18th July .. NOC1112 .....

Hi admins,

Is it possible to adjust the apps by noc/cap estimates tab in the spreadsheet pertaining to the submission date in order to be included in the cap portion? I am not familiar with the formula but this may mislead other applicants and give false hope to the existing ones. I am talking about the hot NOCs such as 1112 and 2174. Though it is indicated that it should not be a basis it would be better to reflect a more accurate date, if it is possible. This will be a great help for all.

Can you please guide me on below query.
Currently I am on assignment in Jakarta Indonesia and will be in jakarta till feb-2015.
My Visa office : New Delhi,India & my spouse & kid are in India
Once we get the request for MR , by what time we should be submitting the medical reports , I belive 60 days
Also at the latter stage when the pass port is requested by NDVO , by what time we should be submitting the Passport, I belive 30 days .

Since my spouse and kid are in Hyd,India , can they do the MR from India and Can I do MR at Jakarta.

Also, for the second part on Passport request , Is ther any means that I can send my Passport back to India for PR stamping or is ther any way out here.
Once we submit the Pass port to NDVO , How much time they usually take for PR stamping..

Please advice and guide me on this.


Can you please let me know the contact details of New Delhi Visa Office.
email id , phone number ..etc , for any clarification & inquiry..etc.

I have couple of doubts and need to contact NDVO.

To Indian applicants..

I read below economic times article and I am now worried about the credit card payment.. Does anybody has idea whether CIC transaction can be affected due to this new restriction or not..?

The article is not very clear as it mention that this new rule will specifically cover the overseas payment gateways.. but not very clear if it is only applicable to transactions in INR or also for foreign currency transactions..!!! Request some banking guy to clarify this matter..
