Dear Forum Friends.

I am getting little worried.My application has reached on May 14-2014 & i have not heard anything from CIC.

Tried calling them multiple times but did not get any response.dropped in a mail to CIC but still did not get any response.

Checked with HDFC Bank but they say my dd has not been encashed....

Is there anyone on the forum whose Bank draft has been encashed for the application sent of May 14-2014

In our tracker sheet i can only see those applications who are charged by Credit card-May 14-2014

Dunno wat to do....

Before they try for 2nd time just call your CC company/Bank and inform them that there'll be a charge again and there shouldn't be any problems.

What do u mean by 1st and 2nd attempt towards CC charged? can u elaborate...

Calm down. They will definitely try to charge your CC again . At least two more times.

In the mean time sort out the issues with your bank which issued the CC.

Can you please guide me on below query.
Currently I am on assignment in Jakarta Indonesia and will be in jakarta till feb-2015.
My Visa office : New Delhi,India & my spouse & kid are in India
Once we get the request for MR , by what time we should be submitting the medical reports , I belive 60 days
Also at the latter stage when the pass port is requested by NDVO , by what time we should be submitting the Passport, I belive 30 days .

Since my spouse and kid are in Hyd,India , can they do the MR from India and Can I do MR at Jakarta.

Also, for the second part on Passport request , Is ther any means that I can send my Passport back to India for PR stamping or is ther any way out here.
Once we submit the Pass port to NDVO , How much time they usually take for PR stamping..

Please advice and guide me on this.

email id , phone number ..etc , for any clarification & inquiry..etc.

I have couple of doubts and need to contact NDVO.

Hi Everyone,

I want to clear one doubt here. As I explained in my earlier posts that I'll send my second application under 2281 by coming Monday, now my consultant told me to wait for 2-3 days more to get by the status of my first application DD whether that is cleared or not. My first application under 2171 Noc reached there on 23rd June. According to me it will take 1 or 2 more months for clearance. He said wait for the first one and May be I'll get PER from my first application. He explained me the different process of FSW program. He said these days " THEY DO THE COMPLETENESS CHECK AND REVIEW YOUR WHOLE APPLICATION AT SAME TIME AND THEN THEY TAKE PAYMENTS". Is it true guys ?

According to me they do completeness check then take payments then review the whole application. Am I right or that Consultant is right? Is he misguiding me ?????

According to Prev forum posts, They try to charge your CC twice or thrice if its unsuccessful for the 1st time.
