Wait for the local visa office to contact you, then tell them you have an update.ARV said:Hello,
I have a query regarding the additional documents I have to send for the new born. We have received our PER and now have to get the new born details added in the application. Where should the documents be sent? to Canada or? my consultant has advised that the documents would be sent to New Delhi. I am really confused as there is no way I know that file has been transferred to Delhi (Canadian High Commission)
Anybody has a clue regarding the process? very urgent
Dear Oscar, thanks for your advice on my reference letter. Since I couldn't find your reply, so writing on my own message. Do you think it would be a good idea to send a letter issued by my employer mentioning that here are detailed duties which were not mentioned under earlier letter, as earlier letter was summarized...momnani said:Thanks Oscar,
What would you suggest here now? As I have spoken to my employer, and they are fine with giving me another letter with duties mentioned in more detail, which I am sure will cover most of the duties specified under NOC 2281.

Application Status - In Process
CC Charged - 17th July
Application received - 9th May
By - Stephenson
NOC -2174
Will update SS shortly.
Few things noteworthy about my app -
1. I sent additional documents which were received by Mike on May 24th. I forgot to fill my name in native language in my original app.
2. I used Employee Provident Fund as POF
3. I got a reference letter from my manager on the company letter head.
4. For the reference letter of my previous company I had used the NOC description from 2173 and 2174 merged the ones which are applicable to me and used the sentences as is. No change.
congrats!ANANJAY said:Ecas in progress....gift by lord krishna on janamasthami.....

Thanx forum for your moral support
You are right. They really worry about settlement funds. I left assets/liabilities fields blank.nskatcv said:Not familiar of any such case, but I am sure that CIC need not worry about someone's assets. All it wants is to see the settlement funds.
I myself left it intentionally blank, and am sure this could not be the reason for rejection.
Anyhow, I wonder about the guys who do mention assets, do they also submit all property etc related documents with their application ? Like land deeds, house evaluations, etc ?
Regards
Wow!! GOOD idea!! I support that!!! +1 for this!Gsw said:Or they have to increase upper limit of hot nocs
