Hi guys, I am new to this forum Grin, i am planning for FSW and have gone through lot of information and guide over past few weeks. i still have some doubts which are not mentioned anywhere, it would be great if somebody helps me clear these doubts Grin.
1- I have worked from 10-07-2013 to 08-07-2014 - Will CIC consider it 1 full year or 1 day short of year and would reject my application? It is not one full year. But it counts as 11 months of experience. You need one full year of continuous full time experience in your primary NOC (whichever one you're applying under) to be eligible, but it doesn't have to be your most recent or current job. It can be any job in the past 10 years.
2- Salary slips have to be last three months or any of the 3 months covering my 1 year period? Whatever you can provide will help. Salary slips aren't strictly necessary, and the most important thing is for your letters to be in order but they are good supporting documents.
3-One of the agent said me I have to show supporting evidence of funds of 8,00,000 INR for 15 - 30 days max - can that be true? You must show sufficient settlement funds for the number of people you are bringing to Canada, the minimums are set out on CIC's web site. You need to have these funds (and be able to prove it) at the time of application, possibly at the local visa office stage, and at landing.
4-I have just tax return history, by the HMRC, UK , Liverpool , of past employment and some P60's, can that be enough along with experience letter? Sure, again these are just supporting documents, the letters are crucial.
5-I have 2 job experience, 2nd company is giving me all details of job duties as per NOC 0911, but old company is not. My agent says i just need to show my job duties on latest experience. For old experience i just need to show title, hours of work, job title, duration, on letter head - is it true? You will not get points for any experience for which you do not have a letter detailing your job duties. Your latest experience isn't necessarily more important than any former experience, but remember that (1) you need enough points to make the pass mark and (2) you need a minimum of one year of continuous full time employment in your primary NOC to be eligible, so I suggest you carefully calculate whether you can meet both of these requirements. If you can't get a letter on company letterhead there are alternatives, such as a personal letter from a supervisor.
