• TRAVEL DOCUMENTS AND PASSPORTS

It is optional if you want to mention documents attached with the cover letter. You can also mention about proof of funds you are declaring in this cover letter.

Does Police Clearance Certificate need to be attested from any Ministry or anyone or only the Police Stamp is enough on it??

Yes usually seal from foreign/home affairs ministry is given on PCC....But u need not to worry for that....just go to the authority for taking PCC...they will do the rest........

Hi guys, I am new to this forum Grin, i am planning for FSW and have gone through lot of information and guide over past few weeks. i still have some doubts which are not mentioned anywhere, it would be great if somebody helps me clear these doubts Grin.

1- I have worked from 10-07-2013 to 08-07-2014 - Will CIC consider it 1 full year or 1 day short of year and would reject my application?

2- Salary slips have to be last three months or any of the 3 months covering my 1 year period?

3-One of the agent said me I have to show supporting evidence of funds of 8,00,000 INR for 15 - 30 days max - can that be true?

4-I have just tax return history, by the HMRC, UK , Liverpool , of past employment and some P60's, can that be enough along with experience letter?

5-I have 2 job experience, 2nd company is giving me all details of job duties as per NOC 0911, but old company is not. My agent says i just need to show my job duties on latest experience. For old experience i just need to show title, hours of work, job title, duration, on letter head - is it true?

Bro,

1. No its not one yr yet...so wait for that.

2. Last three month is preferable, but if u dont have then u can use any of the paysilps.

3. U will require to show settlement fund . Here is the link:

4. No need of the tax return

5. If the current exp is enough for the point required (67) then u can ignore that....In that case -yes that is true

as per gazette its 30th Apr 2015. But the thing is about the CAP and total 25000 is the consideration....So dont delay much!

Hey Plz use UPS DTDC (DHL) is dead slow, my app took 6 days to reach , they hand it over to local courier company in Toronto, and tht sends it to Nova Scotia

Hey guys, I want to apply under current FSW programme, what is the last date i must send complete application file to CIC to avoid getting into express entry?

1) if you have worked 40 hrs/week or more then it would be one year since CIC considers 30hrs/week is equivalent to full time work
2)generally last three months is recommended if not available you can submit those of anytime. ( if you do not have any, no problem since these are not mandatory)
3)It is recommended to keep these funds into your account throughout the process. However ,three of my friends submitted one month old bank statement with initial application and got PR. Luckily , they were not asked by VO to submit updated statement later on. but in my case I have deposited required funds in my account and have planned to keep till the process.
4)If you have submit it along with the application since it is not a mandatory document too.
5) Job description letter is must to evaluate what exactly did you do with reference to NOC in order to claim points for that work experience. If you are unable to get it too then write why is it unavailable in the cover letter and submit whatever documents available to prove your experience on this particular occupation.
6) One year from the date of FSW 2014 commencement. i.e May 01,2014
