I have a concern about identity and civil status documents

I dont have a birth certificate. Is there any possible alternative for a birth certificate like an affidavit from my mother? (My father is deceased). Its a very tedious job to get a birth certificate through the municipality and could take hell lot of time :-X Please help

I think you can use your 10th or 12th Marksheet as your birth certificate or maybe an affidavit will do for sure.

Hi,

I am re-posting my query on the work experience points as per following time frames. Please someone clarify me .

1) 2004/12-2006/09 NOC 3012 1 yr but less than 2
2) 2006/10-2010/03 NOC 3012 3 yrs but less than 4
3) 2012/04-2014/06 NOC 3012 2 yrs but less than 3

However, I have worked within same organization i.e number 2 & 3 on two episodes but I just submitted JD for the latest job performed without separate JD for the period of my number 2 experience since I have worked in the same capacity but submitted reference letter ,appointment letter and pay slips for all jobs. Will I get max. 15 points on the basis of information provided?

Really appreciate your feedback on this.

Its looks like u worked 6years 10months for NOC 3012. You are eligible for 15 points. Sseniors please correct me if any mistake

You can submit sec school certificate if it has
Applicant name
Dob
Parents name

And/or affidavit as a proof of birth

I have provided a birth certificate from my Hospital and not the official government birth certificate. This contained, my parents address, names and my DOB. In addition to that it had a reference number on it to be used for any inquiries. This was in English and I provided a certified copy for it.

I intended to apply in 2013 but didn't learn about the program in time and my NOC was capped. So I began to prepare an application right away, and hired a lawyer, taking a gamble that FSW would open again in 2014 and that my NOC would be on it. Thus I was ready to send my application right away. It could have arrived May 1 if I hadn't needed one more reference letter, as it was I got it there on the 7th.

The reason i wanted to know this because, few of our group members applied in FSW13 and re-applied in fsw14. They got an email from CIC about requesting of WES duplicate report.
I also applied in FSW13 and re-applied now, so I wanted to confirm that is this case happening to all repeaters or few of them due to some constraint. You have any idea?

Can CIC not send PER and charge CC/encash DD, at this rate it will be December before they finish May apps

My debit card has not been charged yet.
I am moving to new address by end of this month.
How should I update my address with CIC right now?

I know once I have UCI, it will be easy but is there anything that I should be doing now?
Also, they won't be sending anything through mail initially...right?
I have mentioned my email in the application.

No worries...you can move to new address and no need to update with CIC right now....Once your debit card is charged and you receive PER email then you can inform CIC...just sit back and relax.. ;D
