Hv applied thru consultant for noc 0015. Consultant asking IT papers for last 2 yrs for local vo.

Is IT return required to be submitted for local vo?

Does immigration authorities require IT returns?? Nothing abt IT returns mentioned in CIC website?

Pls suggest.

Those consultants are providing wrong info to you...

U need not to provide IT returns....Its not stated anywhere...So just ignore it....

Definition for Type 1 and Type 2 dependent has also been updated in the Guide now. we need to chose Type 1 dependent for children now where we were using Type A before.

Only change for the form is- CC expiry date- Month field now able to carry zero '0' ...

FOr the older forms, they were not able to keep the zero (06)...

My mom is being the principl applcant...but her age is >47 so 0 pts for age .....but she has 26 yrs of exp...
so, is she qualified for fsw ...cuz min is 67 pts...& except age ...she can gather gud pts from other categories.

i am Biomed Engg ... & as per FSW criteria for eligibility i am too qualified ...so i should send seperate app r shuld include my details(like credential assesments, IELTS score, etc) in my mothers app itself??? cuz inclludng my details wuld strenghten my momz applicatn ...wuldnt it???

Have one query regarding PCC... for how many yrs we required PCC certificate? is it last 10 yrs or from 18 yrs onwards....

I got my last 2 yrs pcc from the Mumbai Police as per my residential proof in mumbai... For the previous yrs i required my lease agreement / residential proof which i dont have it with me in my records..... how do i get the PCC for the previous yrs. Any suggestion????
