yes cc is secure option but dd is most secured.

yes you can make dubai credit card but it should have international transaction limit of the required fees.

As a matter of fact, you can't. However, it is HIGHLY unlikely that the VO has ruled a negative decision after Med's.

To which date (of cc charging) CIC has sent PER mails...?

I am 7 may applicant and cc charged on 23 June..till then...waiting waiting.....
 
i sent the application via DHL and on 28th July it was delivered but i don't shows the name of the person who received it.

instead is shows --- Delivered - Signed for by (no name mentioned)

no proof of delivery signature is coming.

is anything to WORRY .... Seniors ....??

You need to wait for a few more days.

As of now they are sending PER mail to 7 MAY applicants whose CC/DD was charged/encashed on 16 june. I think here also first -come first served is being exercised.

You can ask DHL what went wrong. I don't see any reason to worry .

Relax brother...it's perfectly okay for dhl.

DHL uses third party courier service for Nova Scotia....and it will be delivered on time and only you will get proof of dellivery late.

I am planning to submit the application for NOC 2132 & 2232 in the month of October first week. Can anyone please advise if still there is a possibility of acceptance of my application and also can anyone provide me the current status of number of applications for NOC 2132 & 2232 processed in Canada.

I find it hard to believe that none of your supervisors or senior colleagues is willing to assist you with the reference, even on plain paper. Surely you must have good work relationships with some of them? I advise that you try again as without it, your application is dead in the water. All the best.
