Guys...Silly question...but were you guys able to fit in all the supporting docs in the 9x 12 envelope? I can barely fit in half the docs? Is it ok to send in a bigger envelope?

I was too in same situation. I think it should be fine, mine was packaged in UPS envelope.

Nope. You can't show asset as POF. You may either need Fixed Deposit or Bank balance statement.

But why would they consider real estate property mortgages under liabilities? Here is my situation:

Assets: 15.5 Lacs
Liabilities: 9.9 Lacs (Home Loan)
Total funds: 5.6 Lacs (approx 10K CDN$)

But I need to show atleast 23K CDN$. I was thinking of showing my real estate holdings but CIC wouldnt consider it!?!!

Could you tell me how I could handle this scenario?

I have letter from employer in the month of July 2013 which is as per the structure mentioned in FSW guidelines. The only problem is that the issuer person resigned last month. I am afraid what kind of way out i should adopt. Do i need to put note in my cover letter and need to provide another contact detail of the employer contact person? As issuing another letter is as big as asking kidney from someone in my company .

i have received my bank balance certificate dated 28 march 2014. I am planning to send my application by mid May. Will it be ok to send march end month bank certificate ? :-[

i have sent my application to nova scotia NSNP but no email from other end. Do i need to mentioned the same in my cover letter ?

Query regarding WES and capping under 0112

Hi

Glad to join this forum.

I am applying for FSW under NOC 0112 Human resource managers. Have cleared IELTS but WES is pending.

Sending it quickly though. But little afraid about the capping as how much time it would take to fill the quota, if WES report is received by 20th may 2014.

any help will be highly appreciated.

I have sent the package.. But just wanted to know one thing..

I was not able to keep all docs in 9 * 12 envelop (specified by cic), so i have used somewhat larger envelop.

I hope it will not create any problem. are they that much rigid in envelop size specifications???

Can someone quickly confirm if Bank Certificate is sufficient as getting Bank Statement wont be possible.

My Bank Certificate goes like:

This is to certify that Mr XXX holding account No. XXX has XXX balance as on 01/05/2014.

Please confirm if this is sufficient. My agent says Bank Statement should be attached too. Damn confused

Hi All, I have total 9 years of experience as software engineer(NOC 2173). Out of 9 years, first 8 years in org-1 and remaining 1 year in org-2, where I am still working. Now, I got my experience letter for 8 years from org-1. But didn't get the same from org-2. Can I submit my application based on my experience in first company without the experience letter from org-2.
