Hi All,

I am filling the forms and have couple of questions, please suggest as per your best knowledge:

1. Supplementary Fee form:- I am paying by Demand Draft so typing my name in the PA name field, for other fields do I need to type "not applicable" or leave "blank" like Payer name, Address and also the Section B related to credit card use, signature and date!

2. For relative in Canada, I am attaching "Notice of assessment" copy for address proof of relative apart from PR card and Birth certificate copies, hope this is fine? or Do I need to include any other document as well for Address proof of relative in Canada?

Can one confirm me the WES ( World Education services) address to which we send our documents for our Education credential evaluation . My courier to this address (World Education Services , P. O. Box 5087 , Bowling Green Station , New York, NY 10274-5087 USA) was not delivered saying its wrong address ..

Can any one please inform whether this address is correct ? or any new address is applicable

Evaluation for FSW purposes have to be mailed to WES, Canada address. The US location wil not be working on these cases. Thanks

I applied as a "single" applicant in May 2014. Suppose I get PER in the month of Jul or Aug this year.

I am going to get married in the month of Sep 2014.
What documents I need to submit CIC to add my wife in that applications?
Whether I need to submit her WES attested Degree, IELTS, additional proof of funds etc!! I am not clear. Please clarify.

No harm in sending the mail.. it doesn't cost you anything more than making a 'post' here.
20-30 days TAT will be there always.. so the sooner the better ... atleast you will get in 'a queue' 8)

Pre-congratulation on your marriage.

When your file moves into VO, inform them with change status. They will let you know what documents will require. But following wiill be mandatory:

Marriage Certificate
Passport
Birth Certificate
Police Clearance

So call her now and get the above documents (passport and Birth Certificate).
