Expiry date is not mentioned on any of the international DDs... as far as I know.. but all international DDs have 6 months validity..

Hey guys...

CC charged... May 9th 2174 application...Just got SMS...

Wow, congratulations :) Even I am surprised myself how accurate the earlier estimate appears to be: the predicted fee charging start date for May 9 applicants was yesterday :)

Surely it does not mean CIC will always continue their fee charging with the same speed, but I think I'll move the estimate to the spreadsheet - it appears to be too useful :)

Thomas Cook...!!!

Pay slips and offer letter for the recent organization...yes
for previous orgs you can submit the exp letter...
but Remember the job duties should match 80 - 85% as specified by CIC on -- http://www5.hrsdc.gc.ca/NOC/English/NOC/2011/Welcome.aspx
scroll down to the bottom left and put in the NOC code

Are pay slips and service contract a compulsion or we can skip this part as a proof of work experience and only experience letters are enough.

Now I am confused. All three say 3 different things. Just to clear my situation to everyone. I am no more working in that company. The lady who is now the manager of my department used to work with me even at that time when I was working there. So she knows me. She also Knows what work I was doing. Its just that she was working on some other project in the same department and had a lower level position. Now after I left, my manager also left, and she was made the manager for the department. I never worked under her as her subordinate but worked together at that time. Now should I get my letter signed by her because she can verify my duties if someone asks from CIC.

For you, currently most preferred signatory is HR.

If HR don't want to give detail, get whatever it gives.

Along the HR, get another from her. She will mention that you did not worked directly under her, but worked in same department, know you for X years, and well known what you did and your responsibilities.

Woow....that's wonderful, so what's your prediction for 10th June applicants "Dmitrych Baba"...

I submitted application without payslip and offer letter for recent employer as from the document checklist they were additional supporting documents.
So i decided not to include them will it create problem or anybody rejected because of this reason.

You can see it on the "Charge date estimates" sheet now:
https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/11gAbKSoDoOr1s8_raB1qwz0i-ZH0NyNWhhn18O6kHwQ/edit#gid=396565221

For 10th of June applicants the estimated charge dates are around 14th of October - 14th of November.
- Unless CIC finds some way to improve their processing speed by that time :)

Is there any way to retrieve ur uci other than in the generic form?i applied last 2011 but returned due to cap reached.the problem is im applying through an agency so my returned app was adressed to them.the agency did not return my forms including the generic and i lost contact with that agency anymore.so is there any way that i will know my uci so that i can update my status online.i reapplied unser fsw 2014 noc 3012.application received on 20th june.thanks

I am CC person...when I filed my app I was not aware of the CC problems people are facing but I am keeping a close eye on my CC Limit and International limits and all....

Getting back to your question...on the forum hundreds of users have reported that Thomas Cook gives a DD valid for 6 months, so i suggested to use it.

for better confirmation from Thomas cook send them an email and take a confirmation over an email which specifies the validity for 6 months. However, I am sure it would be 6 months because no one has reported an issue till now with Thomas Cook.
