ashif bro, i have a question. last year i applied for my spouse and me. due to cap filled, i got my package returned. I saw only one UCI# mentioned in the application. They didn't put any UCI# in my dependent. This year i applied for both of us and my application shows "Inprocess" in ecas atatus. i mentioned both of us email id in the application.

my question is, whether PER email will come to my email id for both of us or will get separate PER email

HI, Hope you doing great. My query is I have sent my application on 26th June 2014 and it reaches on 30th June 2014. How long i have to wait for PER and I have files all papers. Only doubt is as following. You have to wait for next 2 - 3 months because now only 8th may application processing is going on

I am claiming points for experience for 6 years. But I have worked in first company for 3 years and attached refrence letters and in second company for 11 months but have nnot attached refrence letter and expalined in letter saying that I am not claiming points for this experinece and for third company i spend 3.5 years and attached refrence letter and my current company i have attached only offer letter as i just joined a moth back . is it correct wht i have done?. Please suggest.
Thanks no worries, i think you have to send the experience letter stating what is your duties and salary info from current employer .. check with seniors too

I have one more query, I have total 6.3 years of experience. For how many years I need to submit the proof of employment like paystubs, ITR, Form 16 etc. ?

Dear,

Three months payslip is enough for each employment......and ITR/form 16 is not required to submit...

u can check below for the employment docs:

Work experience requirement:


1. Job duties on Company Letter head.
2. Full time /Working hour should be mentioned.
3. Company's seal if applicable

Additional:

5. Appointment/contract letter
6. Payslip (3 months will be enough)
7. Business card of applicant and referee (reference letter's).

last 3 months (i.e) if u r submitting by july it should be Apr, may and jun

The problem is my first company which I joined in 2006 used to pay me in cash and I dont have any proof of salary but they have provided me the reference letter in company letterhead and nothing else.

While in other companies which I had joined, they are not willing to give reference letter in company letterhead so I have prepared the affidavits from my seniors. Here again, I have one problem, I didnt save my payslips for. I may have 1 or 2 and final settlement paylips. In this case what should I do?

Letters must be written on company letterhead & signed by responsible officer... don't do it yourself even though you are submitting the offer letter also

You can check IMM5612E.pdf for further reference.

But many members send an affidavit of support for work experience its been accepted so no worries..

For the reference letter issue just include a cover letter stating that it is against your company's HR policy to give detailed references. With your supervisor's detailed reference and call card, you are okay. For the pay slip issue, don't worry. Many companies don't even give payslips. CIC has said it is just a supporting document, not a compulsory one. So relax, and submit your application. Best of luck

Oscar he does not have any docs to prove his employment with company C that is why i suggested to forget it because he would need atleast 1 doc to prove he is telling the truth

Don't need to show unemployed just because reference letter is not available in a certain format That would be lying. Just explain in a cover letter that you were unable to obtain reference letter, and provide joining letter, experience certificate, pay slips, tax documents etc. if you have from that period. If you can't get a letter of roles and responsibilities from any senior / manager / direct supervisor from that company just put a self attested letter and see if CIO accepts this. So far we don't have proof that this is accepted, but you never know you could be the first one. Plus you don't really need the points anyway from this other earlier company, so no harm done to application anyways. JUST NEVER LIE SO DON'T SHOW UNEMPLOYED. Best wishes!!

It is not mandatory to provide salary slip for any current or past employer. In the document check list it is clearly mentioned "additional document you may include: 1) salary slips 2) contract paper" that means not mandatory. If your reference letter/offer letter/appointment letter has the pay structure/package information then it is more than enough. However if you have salary slips for any employer you can accommodate.

I have Experience letter from my employer saying I have been working from ------------ to ---------- as (designation) at .................organization

and

I have Letter of Reference from my manager saying experience as well as roles and responsibilities.

Is Letter of Reference is sufficient or do I need to submit Experience letter also (as experience letter does not state duties)


as per the check list (IMM008) it says Letters of Reference from all employers of 10 years
