Indian applicants are too lucky since their local visa office -New Delhi is too paced VO...As per current trend ..u can expect the PR within 10 months...

I dont think any NOC will fill in 15-20 days, it atleast would take 1 month for each NOC with 1000 application cap, think about it. bro. what say?
