The letter was wrote on 6/11 and posted 6/12, and package was received at my home today 6/30 (I'm from Brazil).

Just wondering, what is the date on the letter? What date did CIO return the package?

Dear friends,

For getting relative's point, I want to include relative documents like certificate, nikah nama etc. But my relative provide me the birth certificate not mentioning the name and for nikah nama the photocopy was so unclear as they lost the original one. Is it possible to withdraw marriage certificate copy from any kazi office from Dhaka as original one from mymensingh? Is there any documents to proof the relationship (aunt) in this situation?

just out of curiosity when did CIC stop receiving applications for 2013, I'm not talking about just the "HOT NOC's" but for all the NOC's. I have a feeling since the cap this year is 1000 for each NOC some applicants would be able to send their apps for another few months

Hi, FSW 2013 ended on April 30th, 2014. For 2014, the applications will continue to be received until the global cap of 25,000 is reached or April 30th, 2015.

Can I use my company's bank account certificate (I'm 51% partner) as part of my family's PoF?

Hmn, this is technical because it is expected that your company and your personal affairs are separate and distinct. It would be better to use funds in your own personal account or from your souse's personal account. You don't want them to shine a closer light on your proof of funds if they believe you can't make it on your own and need to dip into your company funds. It doesn't matter if you are majority partner, business is business and personal should be personal.

Probably I'll use the company's money, doing a wire transfer (I receive some money every month, but not that high) to my personal account of 5k Cad missing to complete my PoF, but I was hoping to do that later on, but, whatever...

i see the message as "We received your application for permanent residence on May 7, 2014" and status mention as "In Process" for Permanant residance. if i click on the "inprocess" i see 3 links for the status which PR from outside canada, PR in canada and PR for FSW.
I click on the PR for FSW. There is a diagram which shows the status. here my confusion started. They mentioned as each status as different color(Red,green and blue). here i see the few status.

first i want to know, our application is processing in that order or they provided the information about status? :-[ :-[ :-[ :-[ :-[

Reason: I did not provide a copy of completed foreign education credential to accompany the ECA. I thought that I should send only the ECA, not necessary to send the university diploma, feeling guilty for miss the word 'AND' while reading the instructions.
