Dear sir,
I need more information for FSW visa.Already i applied fsw in may month the process is going on
actually i selected in the a list of 1114.so me and my spouse will try to go.i am a main applicant and my spouse is
depend applicant. in main applicant i have all set of documents.but my depend applicant have not proper document
so this have any prob in the future.

i am not sure what docs u are indicating for ur spouse ...

On FSW14 spouse does not require any Work and educational papers..

My roles and responsibilities are more like Software Engineer, however my title is PS&OD (Product Services and Offerings Development) Analyst.

Following are my roles and responsibilities:
1. Support, enhance and maintain web portals.
2. Analyze and develop Mobile apps and close defects raised by QA team.
3. Manage production environment and deployment for application and database servers.
4. Analyze and develop micro sites and web applications and database for them.
5. Create documentation as per standards.

Can I apply under 2171?

Mine is also 10 bar codes generated. Me, spouse, and my child. Total 8 pages.

In Background declaration form or any other family info. forms,

what name of mother is required to be mentioned,

Name as before marriage OR Name as after marriage...???

Anyway for 3 years and 11 month u will get for 2-3 yrs exp point that is 11.

And for that period u may show ur work as "Career Self Development".

Why should i have to choose Quebec in Que 6 as i am not intended to stay in Quebec.

I may planning to stay in ON.
So, i think i should have to manually add the field.

u can do that...But the problem is--Generic Form does not require any manual input Since CIC reads data from the barcode of the Generic form...In that case what will be done ---I m not sure ...

Try to give name according to her passport.

Only at Background Declaration, give her family name at birth.

Yes 10 bar codes are fine. 8 on a single page (page -7) and 2 on next with consent, signatures etc (page -8)

Hi Ashif,

He doesn't have 10 bar code pages in fact he has 10 bar codes but they are on 2 pages including consent and signatures area on last page.

If you submit your marriage certificate and your wife's birth certificate and passport (all photocopies), there should not be any problem.

You can send your wife's PCC later on.

'CIC guys hate abbreviations so try and expand PS&OD in your reference letter...'

I have applied under the same code and my employer (Accenture) has issued the Reference letter as below, you might want to include the below duties (atleast the first 3) to be completely covered :

1. Identify and Document requirements in liaison with Solution Architects for various Existing and New Software Application Development and Software Application Maintenance Opportunities.

2. For every opportunity assist in Systems Designing , Development, Integration and implementation of optimized business solutions.

3. On every opportunity validate the information systems strategy, costing, risks and assumptions, IT policy, Project management, IT Security and Service Delivery.

4. Pre-Sales Support to the Front-end Sales Team – (Onsite BDM's)

5. Get the relevant approvals for Solutions from the Delivery Leadership and Sales Leadership teams for Project Kick-Off's.

6. Successfully demonstrate products and solutions for clients and prospects by arranging and co-ordinating client visits.

7. Co-Ordinate with Sales and Sales Enablement Teams for Database Building, Reporting and assimilation of information.

8. Attend Pre-Sales client meetings and presentations with account representatives.
