For one my employer, its same. I am too getting reference personally attached with Business Card.
However, I am doing notarization on this reference.

Do I need any affidavit for this??

What notarization do you mean? A notary public signing and dating it saying it is true certified copy, is that it?

affidavit (though I too didn't do it..and it is scaring me now) is your chance to say that HR doesn't give this reference letter so I made whatever I got now and it has your job related details and roles n responsibilities as well. and it is done on a stamp paper to make it sound very authentic..lmao how the world works sometimes ;D ;D

Guys lets not keep on discouraging him for his 2 applications.
He did what he thought to be best for himself. Imagine him going through the pain of getting 2 copies of IELTS/WES and every documents.
I do not think it is unethical, since his applications were genuine and the program do have the option of multiple submissions.
We need to be more open minded and wish him the best in the future .
Lets all spread a positive vibe

And more importantly since he paid twice LOL. If I were him I wouldn't even respond to such comments. He is NOT responsible for others being slow in writing their application. That's my take!

Yes, signed by Notary public saying true copy.

I am too wondering if we need affidavit, I am attaching business card, if CIC needs, they can contact.

I am trying to find that out from my chinese friends. I tried doing searches on my own could not find one. But in general chinese specific forums are as popular as english based. No wonder NOC 1112 is under-represented on this forum.

Can anybody let me know that we require around $18000 CAD for 3 people and I am showing around $35000 CAD do I need to write in the form what the minimum requirement or else I can mention $35000 on Schedule 3 form. Also do I need to put Assets, Liabilities, Settlement Funds all separately or should I put all together in Settlement funds. Please reply?

Put 18000 in assets and same in settlement funds and Nil in liability

This is about work experience.

Does any of you have some official information as to whether Postdoctoral Research experience (almost all research, and negligible pupil teaching) qualifies towards NOC 4011.

Although post docs are a normal pre-requisite for faculty positions these days, but they don't really stand true on the NOC 4011 requirements.

Another thing on the same question is whether Teaching Assistant experience gained during the PhD qualifies ? CIC says job experience must be full-time or at least 30 hrs per week, but TA's are usually 20 hrs per week. But then what if someone has more than 1 year TA experience that would effectively yield similar total hours of experience.

Teach one or more university subjects to undergraduate and graduate students (Yes in TA)
Prepare and deliver lectures to students and conduct laboratory sessions or discussion groups (Yes in TA)
Prepare, administer and grade examinations, laboratory assignments and reports (Yes in TA)
Advise students on course and academic matters and career decisions (Yes in TA)
Direct research programs of graduate students and advise on research matters (Yes in Post Doc)
Conduct research in field of specialization and publish findings in scholarly journals or books (Yes in Post Doc)
May serve on faculty committees dealing with such matters as curriculum planning and degree requirements, and perform a variety of administrative duties
May represent their universities as speakers and guest lecturers
May provide professional consultative services to government, industry and private individuals.
