an update: My cc has recently been charged...

BUT NO MAIL RECEIVED FROM CIC (ITS BEEN 2 WEEKS NOW)

but iv received a mail from WES asking me to order a duplicate report so that they can send a duplicate copy to CIC. has anyone else also received the same email.

the recipient they say should be CIC but they ve asked me to put my own address..

thats confusing..can anyone throw some light on this pls

Congrats... What date your file received and NOC?

regarding WES, you might have no chosen the FSW package while ordering the evaluation so will need to order duplicate copy of it now and chose CIC and recepient then CIC will be able to see the electronic copy of your transcriptions.

I think there is no entry for applicant name as 'Vinisha' in spread sheet.. If there is an entry with different name then you can ask our great admins to update it.. or else..

am tring to add info but there doesnt seem to be an option to update the info that iv already added. It tells me to fill every detail from the start.

Hi,

I finished my 3 years Bachelors from Mumbai, India. The marsheet has the name in the following format: First Name Family Name Fathers Name.
For eg: Royston Dsouza Francis. This is the format how mark sheets are issued in our country. Now WES has changed my application name to include my Fathers Name. i.e. my Initial Application was DSOUZA Royston which has now been made as DSOUZA Royston Francis.

I hope the above is Okay and does not have problem when submitting the report to CIC as I am applying as Royston Dsouza and Francis is my Fathers name, not my middle name.

Until what period of time does one need to maintain the POF balance in the account after the Application has been filed ?

Also, I will be presenting 3 separate bank accounts (in 2 different currencies) so I believe whatever is the answer to my initial question would apply to all of the accounts.

For those who have to submit the application:
No one knows, when the cap will be filled try your level best to submit the application as soon as possible without compromising on accuracy and essential items. The reward is high (Tim Hortons, Maple Syrup, Niagra falls, 8th Highest per capita, visa free travel), while risk is low (few wasted hours and less than 1,000$). INVEST few hours in reviewing the forms. E.g. After filling each form, i asked my spouse to review the accuracy from docs (to avoid memory related errors). Once application was complete, i gave one set of forms and docs to 3 friends for careful review.

The good thing is that the lag time between application sent & review is 1 month. So, keep your hopes high till at least 70% of quota (CIC #s) is filled.

For those who have already submitted the application:
Anxiety is understandable, specially, as we keep on checking the forum for updates and sometimes get into "pessimism"/CIC induced headache. In my opinion, pessimistic discussions is inversely proportional to number of new queries (which are declining). Lets do something fun activities with our time to vent our anxiety, while we wait for the updates, such as IQ questions, riddles, sharing info abt Canada, (or just guessing time till next CC charging irrespective of the CAP) basically anything other than the CAP situation, (ONLY IF MODERATORs ALLOW - although i dont think that they will allow us to make it a playground) but i just killed my "anxiety" by suggesting this.

good thoughts Bro..... I almost lost a few fingers to nail biting anxiety. (my app reached on 7th May and no news yet)

Cant make this a playground buy few intersting links abt Canada should keep us occupied. Hope moderators wont mind that .

Last Year, a few applicants faced the same issue. Search the "FSWP 2013 Applicants Timeline - Lets network here" thread and you will find what to do exactly. As far as I remember, this is due to something related to the date and the type of the service you have requested. Could you please tell us what your NOC is and the date it has reached the CIO? My question is how many letter of reference required for client, in another words if i started my business in 2009 and till date doing it. so do i need to give letter of reference form client in 2009 and to my latest client or randomly get it from any client any year

Till you get your PR or if your application is rejected. Whichever is earlier.

So in short, throughout the entire process

Yes as per my knowledge you need to maintain your POF balance till the process is been completed for you..

Yes! it relate to form IMM5406E - ADDITIONAL FAMILY , I used myself as the principal applicant for both my wife and myself (my name on both forms as 'applicant').

And if i want to send it again to them, how/who should I address it to? or what I am suppose to write on the envelop for CIO to be able to know that the particular form/envelop is for me.

Please help clarify.

Incase you are the primary applicant on both the forms and your wifes form has all the details related to her family and she has signed her form. Then you do not need to resend the application.

Its a minor mistake and the application approval or rejection does not depend on this.

Here is the confirmation from Campbell Cohen guys:-
