Canada does not allow students spouse to work. The only country i know that allows is NZ.

Need help...

I can get a experience letter from my company mentioning positions held, current position, duties, salary, date of joining...etc

But, the problem is I do not get any salary slip on hand

Salaries are transferred to the Bank directly.

Will it be a problem?

Pay slip is not mandatory. You can ask your HR to give salary certificate. Additionally, you can provide the bank statement for last six month where your salary amount can be found (certainly after deduction).

My guess is....it might be unlikely to be able to do paid work if you are spouse of a student visa holder. But I do not know the Canadian law on this aspect so won't discourage you from finding this out here. I am sure there are some Canadian students / ex-students in here who might know the answer to this question. Guys, please help Manish. Thanks!

Sorry guys I think this is not true !!!!

Infact, Canda is one of the only few countries that allows spouse to work fulltime. There is an OPEN WORKPERMIT for the spouse.

Students are allowed to work on Student work permit.

When one lands as a spouse of overseas student he or she can apply for Open work permit (I gave the link earlier). However, there is usually a bench period for open work permit. Also, different provinces might have additional requirements for language etc. But as per my understanding its not that difficult.

Incorrect. Spouse of Students are provided Canadian open work permit for the duration of the student's course.
