Congrats on third line update, Did NDVO receive the IME forms RPRF etc and then update your third line.

Reason i am asking is because we too complete our medicals on Ma 20th from a e-enabled hospital but are yet to send the IME forms RPRF and PCC. (Waiting for the license history search document from Australia). Wanted to know if they update it only after recieving all documents or once the doctor panel reviews and clears the medicals.

my 3rd line was updated on 10th march..but I sent d docs on 16th march...dat means they update it once d doctor panel reviews n clears d medicals..

One question again to those waiting for MR , did you guys give the AIDS test consent form at the hospital ? This is needed by law so you AIDS result can be shared with Canada.

Hi, the hospital people told me that they will upload the results within 48 hours..I dont think the 3rd line update depends upon the RPRF and PCC(Though my documents got delivered on 22-03-2015) as few people had 3rd line updates even before they sent other documents..just check with the clinic once if they have uploaded your results..

I am December applicant from India, received PER on 3 March. I stayed in UK for about 4 years in last 10 years.

-should i apply for UK PCC before MR only? Once you get your 2nd line updated
-I am from Punjab (India) and working in Bangalore (India) for about a year.
Should I apply for Indian PCC now or wait for MR? Once you get your 2nd line updated
Where can I apply for PCC? Bangalore or Punjab? Bangalore is fine

Could you help me with few more questions?
Basically I am from Amritsar (Punjab, India) but I worked in Chandigarh (Punjab) for 2 years, in Noida (Uttar Pradesh) for 15 months and now have been working in Bangalore (India) for last one year.

Also, I got married on 2 March, 2015 just 1 day before I received PER mail and my in laws are based in Patiala (Punjab) but I stayed there only for couple of days.

I am confused about PCC and I checked on the CIC website link

where it is written that

For districts other than the Punjab:
Applicants should contact the local Senior Superintendent of Police/ Superintendent of Police/ Commissioner or Deputy Commissioner of Police, the Additional Commissioner of Police, or the Station House Officer (Police clearance certificate issued by the Regional Passport Office are also acceptable.

For residents of the Punjab:
Only the Senior Superintendent of Police or the Regional Passport Office may sign a Police Clearance Certificate.

My questions are

-If I go for PCC from Senior Superintendent of Police, then do I need to get a PCC from the each place I stayed at? If yes, then do I need to get PCC from Patiala (my in laws) as well?

-If I go for PCC from Regional Passport Office, then where do I need to apply from? Amritsar OR Patiala OR Bangalore? Here it is worth mentioning that it would be bit hard for me to produce any address proof from Bangalore except a letter from my employer.

- In case of PCC from Regional Passport Office, do I have to get my spouse's name added on the passport first or it is not required to get PCC?
