Applicants from last or previous years with docs returned because cap full -are you now putting yes under Schedule A Background declaration: 6. d "have you ever been refused visa...."?
if the application is returned due to the cap fill then it is not the refusal of visa any way.

Agree, refusal is different from inadmissibility.

Thank you both. That's what I thought too, just wanted to be sure.

Hi Ashif bhai and other seniors,

I wanted to enquire on the payment method. Initially I thought of payment via CC, but looking at some of the above posts, I see you are more emphasizing on DD. My question is which bank preferably should I approach for making my DD (I currently stay at Mumbai and have a.c with iCICI bank) and mainly since d validity of a DD is just 3 months, is there any option of having one for 6 month or so ? Kindly advise. Thanks :)

If your Application is accepted at Stage 1.. those paying fees by CC get to know immediately as the CC gets charged. Those paying by DD have to wait for many days till they get PER mail from CIC as there's a big delay in getting confirmation for DD paid. <FYI>

Hello all,

We are planning to apply for the FSWP2014 and we have a baby execpted to due in August. May I know if we should tell CIC about the coming baby ?

I dont see anywhere in the applicatipon form that I can tell them about the baby. May be we should tell CIC with a cover letter?

Any advice will be gretaly appreciated.

Thanks.

Are you sure that we only need to send master's degree to WES not the bachelors?

I am in same situation and can not find the answer anywhere?

Thank You

Hello Friends,

I am new to this blog and need your help for the following queries.
1) If we have a Masters Degree, do we need to send both the Masters and Bachelors transcripts to WES or only Masters would suffice?

2) in Transcripts along with Consolidated marks sheet, is it required to send individual marks sheet also to WES?

3) I have 5+ years of experience in Brokerage Operations (BPO), while this fit in any of the Occupation list?
I have checked NOC list but unable to find out.

Thanks a lot in advance.

1. Only Masters
2. Transcript along with consolidated mark sheet should be enough.
3. Pls check NOC 0121 and NOC 1113.

FYI applications for NSNP RLMD 2014 have officially closed today. Best of luck for all those who applied

Brother I am from Bangladesh and last time I used Standard Chartered Bank Bangladesh to issue my DD (obviously having 6 months validity). You can try the same

Can I give payment using Credit Card? I'm from Bangladesh but currently I'm working in Maldives. I've Maldivian bank card (USD A/C) which is acceptable world wide. Is it OK to pay via this card if I have the money and validity of the card (validity up to 2018)? Please guide me. Thanks in advance.

Guys,
I have a bachelors degree in Graphic Design and work with marketing. How do I know if I need to get my Education Credential Assessed (ECA)??
I heard some areas of education don't need to get assessed.

1. Another copy should not be required.
2. Yes for generic form u are ok and for travels form-such statement is not mentioned ..so u have to give the details...:)

Hi Dear Ashif_eee

about my question In the Generic form application, point 12 states you said I did ok :
"Previous countries of residence: During the past five years have you lived in any country other than your country of citizenship or your country of residence (indicated above) for more than six months"

I answered "No", because I have only lived the country of citizenship and country of residence(the current I'm living in now and also have an a citizenship), but I am not sure now if I should include them anyway the same way you recommended about the travels. What do you suggest?

Some other people confused me and told me that I need to mention my last stay more than six months 4.5 years ago because "Country of citizenship means the current country I'm live now, and the passport I'm applying with.
In the time, 4.5 years ago when I was staying in my original country I was only with one citizenship (the one I born with). Now I have two and I'm applying with the second one in my new country that i live in the past 4 years

So I'm totally confused.

Thank you again!!

Hi. Nothing to worry. You can apply now and later add the newborn once after you make the passport. Usually we have to inform the changes to the local visa office- mostly at the time when we are receive the AOR. You can ask help from them. Even if you are issued visa you can add the newborn easily as there are not much documents for a newborn.

Hope I am correct and anybody to correct my point or to add? Plz share your view on this as this includes for not only the expecting babies but for people getting married /change of address or in worst case - divorce or death etc
