u dont land multiple times as an immigrant

entry is once post which u will be a landed immigrant / permanent resident

entry/exit thereon wil be via pr card or landing documents as applicable

Yes good question if the Visa is valid only for single entry, how do we go and come back?

Once you land...you can leave & come back from outside only with a PR card. Alternatively you can give your friend/relative's address for PR. Once they receive it they can send it via courier or thru' someone. I believe the other scenario is when you have to get a temporary travel document and then use that to get back which I understand is very complex

do we need to push them to upload to NDVO for BFD.?

AOR - you or your consultant will receive a mail from the VO. For file transfer, if you have the UCI number, you can check it in the ecas site.

Just today collected our stamped Visas from VFS ..... it was a thrilling moment for us ... really want to thank Ashif Bhai for starting such a wonderful thread which is a big help for a lot of people round the globe

It was a long Journey started back in Dec 2013 when we really started to think about migrating to Canada and the started preparation our file with the hope and scope that fswp2014 will open then April we get this news that fswp will be opening this year also and we send the file on 9th which reached Canada on 14th May . Guys keep faith in lord and he will plan something better for you . Thanks God for giving us a chance to struggle again and prove ourself outside India

Congrats to all the guys who has rcvd stamped PR visas and status changed to DM, PPR, MR, PERs!


I have a small query, I had received request for MR, RPRF and PCC submission on 9-Feb. I did MR and 3rd line updated on 18-Feb. Had also sent PCC and RPRF payment receipt and NDVO received this on 18-Feb.
I had visited 3 countries ealier so submitted 3 different PCCs. Does this delay getting PPR and DM. Because, I can see most of the guys whose 3rd line updated after me already got DM and PPR.

Yes do attach the form...
Vo usually don't ask to send fed payment form but you can attach...
I did the same

By the way did you also added the travel form for the spouse?

Also, I already done the MR for myself. Do you think of any adverse effect regarding this. I did inform the SGVO just after I receive AOR. But the passport and pcc took some time and by then they already send the MR request.

I would assume yes...as they have to check for all the 3 countries...My 3rd line was in 14-dec and i am still waiting for DM/PPR

Hiiii,
I am also 0113 applicant. Filed on 2 dec. I have not received PER yet. I called CIC to check and they said my file is under examinination and under process. I asked them whether they have my UCI no, then they said its not generated yet. So I guess need to wait.

you can call again you might get a nice agent that will give you your UCI number, but when you call just ask for status of your application.

Of course I've gained quiet a bit from this forum, I want to give it back! I can't do as much as senior guys like you are doing or have done for people in this forum but I'm doing as much as I can! And more importantly, I also want to keep in touch with people here. I'm not as selfish as people might think from my rude posts

Happy to be with you all during our journey to migrate to Canada, and that journey doesn't end after receiving the visa!

NDVO made my day !! Double happy... Stress relieved.

1.Got PPR 2 hrs ago .....

2. We requested Visa stamping for main applicant in U.S . NDVO has accepted the request also .

My Time line on the left panel.. (Note : FBI PCC submitted 3 weeks back only)

No DM in Ecas ...

Permanent Resident doesn't require visa to enter, the same can be done either through PR card or Travel Document.

HELLO EXPERTS RECEIVED PASSPORTS TODAY. VISA STAMP SAYS ONLY ONE ENTRY. Is that normal? Please advise
