I got a mail from Warsaw office and it just says the same thing that --- application was received on ___ ----

Is that an AOR, I am confused as it says nothing else and no documents or anything ?

I need senior help. I submitted fsw with arrange employment in Dec, and app received on 29 Dec. Just got dd cashed on 12 Mar. However I found the IMM0008 form has changed since nov 2014, but I still used the old form IMM0008(06-2014). The difference for those two is we can choose visa office in the old form. So I want to ask does it will affect my case because I did mention about the option of visa office in my package.

no problems at all... you are safe it will not affect your application at all

Yesterday I got back my passport along with my CoPR! I applied in June 06/14. I guess my application was quick because I'd applied under FSW as well. However, my CEC application was approved first. I was one of those candidates who forgot to declare about my USA visa rejection on the background declaration. I informed CIC after I received my AOR & PER for both the applications. So for everyone who is or has been in the same situation as I was in, please inform CIC as soon as you can and don't worry about it
I wish everyone a successful and less stressful PR journey.
